i bought a 2630 but its not holding my window is too heavy, imma try the 2640 to see if it holds my window. thanks so much for the video explanation it was really helpful
your video is very helpful. what about the top sash (window). i've watched several videos to remove the top window but don't see any buttons or latches that allow me to swing the window in or out and there's not eough room to slide the window to one side or the other to swing it out. can you help?
I wish I could see the holes that the clips go into. I am unclear as to if the holes are pre-drilled in the window frame or? Also, the music blocks part of the narration
In my case, the holes for the clips were square in shape, approximately 1/2 way between top and bottom of window track. There were some round holes close to these, but they were not for the clips.
yikes! i was loving this video but then as usual, you NEVErR show the other side of the window jamb to see where the OTHER balance is! I need to know where the other balance is supposed to be. Also : Do you leave the clip out or push it back in before putting sash back in? details, brothers.
Very good first time I see so clear because some other people do it but to quick and always look dark thanks
very helpful. Directions fit my window perfectly. Best window repair video on youtube.
You can tell if the guy presenting the information cares by the way he responds to viewer questions.
What kind of lube do you use for the balances? very good video.
I watched 4 videos before finally finding yours!!! Great job!! I feel like I can do this on my own now! 😀

Hey boss what lubricant did you use on the window before he installed it on the balance?
Would have helped if the narrator would have mentioned the type of lubricant that was used..

What if the balance is stuck above the window so the window won't go up but a few inches??
Cant even see what he’s doing. Would have been nice to shoot close up of the steps
