8:22 this is exactly why I despise payed patterns with only made to measurements instructions. I can copy anything and adjust for myself from picture so the only value in patterns for me usually is the measurements and stitch counting being already made. This pattern looks also stupidly simple for that price … idk man
Honestly I have no money for patterns. There's a bunch of people I would buy patterns from. But what I did Is I learned all the different ways to make items. Backloop, double stitch blabalbal. And I have just been freehanding everything. I look at clothing I like and make something that has nothing to do with the original. It's just nice inspiration to se what others can achieve. But I think this skill might be something I already learned from being a painter all my life. But Id suggest you should learn that too. Just do random stitches, see where It gets you. It's difficult at first but might work better for you
@@MirA12334 excuse me? I believe I specifically stated that I have no problem with crochet whatever based on the picture only and never asked for any advice. However this video is a pattern review so I mentioned that no measurements payed pattern is just a lazy work from the creator side.
I'm not gonna lie, there are a lot of similar free patterns or youtube tutorials of this same pattern so I don't think it's worth buying this one. On another note tho, I think your top came out cute! I think it would look a lil better if you removed the bottom tie and just kept the top 2 ties.
