If your guitar uses single pickups this hum is inherent in these types of pickups. Stomplab has an NR that may decrease slightly.

I have dimarzio humbucker, the noise is still there, even if i set the gain for bellow 12 o'clock, I also use individual 9 volt adapter

Try another power suply. 9v negative center and 500mA. Connect only the Stomplab... no other pedals to do the test. And test other cables, this is not normal. Remember to keep the guitar at a distance from your pc monitor and your amp.
