Not sure how well it would work with your silvered visor, but I made a Bradley kit about 15 yrs ago to simulate the effect in the game, where the visor changed from clear to tinted (wasn’t my idea, saw it done once before).
I put white LEDs inside, shining on the wearer’s face. Turn them on and you can see inside fine. Turn them off, and it’s nice and dark.

@@silverbloodborne9495 I would recommend accepting that the suit will be heavily damaged if used in airsoft so you would want to use around 20% infill and cheaper paints you can easily redo

Are these cast via blow molding? I'm having a hell of time figuring out how they made it in one piece.
What brand of 3D printer do you use?
Correct me if Im wrong but seems like this helmet is impossible to make without a vacuum former because of the visor? I don't know how you'd make that visor another way.
Yes, it's a pretty specific shape, however many makers offer visors to fit their specific products. Sean Bradley offers visors for his helmets, and we offer vacuum formed visors for our line of Halo 3 and Halo Infinite helmets!

I still think it’s easier to buy a used motorcycle helmet in 3-D print parts for it
But then your helmet just looks like a motorcycle helmet with parts glued onto it. None of the projects we work on have the same shape as a motorcycle helmet?
