I recommend you combine videos so you demonstrate putting on the device and then putting on the sheet. Being unfamiliar with this product, I was confused after watching this video.
I just purchased Better Bedder because I seen you on shark tank. Mine is no where near the crispness of a folded military sheet but it got the job done and glad you ladies came up with this back saving product. Thank you
Noticed in several videos on how to use the Better Bedder there are no mattress covers on the mattresses, I have mattress covers on all my beds. I purchased one to try it and had a little bit of an issue putting it on a standard Queen mattress not sure is that is due to the mattress cover

I’m excited to get emphasize to get my better better but don’t tell people you ship it out immediately and get it within 2 to 3 business days because I’m having to wait almost 2 weeks via the tracking provided through FedEx I’m not mad at you but don’t tell people that because the reason I got the product is to see if it worked and I respect that you came up with a way to do something once I watch shark tank don’t tell people you get in to three business days that is not the case here

I just had my new standard king delivered. I've watched your video many times and I cannot get all 4 corners to stay. I called the company I ordered from and the mattress is standard. What do I do now? I really want to get this on and I've been struggling for an hour.
