So if ur new to driving manual. Rev match with automatically set the rpm’s when you downshift. So you don’t have too rev match urself. It’s a pretty cool feature but it’s much fun when you do it yourself 💪🏽
I love my 2021 SS 1LE with the 6 speed. If you look under your left side plastic valve cover, check and see if the engine builder is on your engine. Mine has a guy named Michael McNally. Some of the engines that were built for the C-7 Corvette are in the SS with 6 speeds. The LS1 engine does not fit in the Vette C-8 mid engine. Just an easter egg for all of you to look for.
I live in Jersey, and it rains, snows, and everything here. I'm planning on getting a 2ss 1le, but I'd have to daily drive it, and I'm thinking about throwing some continental extremecontact dws06 pluses on there for the winter. Would that work?
It depends obviously newer is better but if the 2018 1LE is going for 43k with 5k miles and a 21 1LE is going for 44k brand new. Might as well go newer but the 18 body is my favorite so it all comes down to personal preference
@@darko9617 if you get the 1LE I’d keep a 6 speed that’s how the 1/LE has always been. I don’t like how they made it a 10 speed this year it kinda sucks. They aren’t all that fast. Very overhyped. You’d really enjoy the 1/LE with the tremec imo
@@darko9617 if u want newer features like the rear view camera mirror on the 2ss, or the 10 speed, or the new looking design for the ss and lt1 models, then get the '19s or higher. And yes the 10 speed is faster. Ive seen 10 speeds vs the 8 speed ss and the 10 speed was faster. But the 8 speed ss has the best rated fuel economy. But if u want the manual and don't care for the rear view camera or the design, then the 16-18 is the one to go for. Just do what I do and go to your local chevy dealer and ask for test drives on camaros
@@MOOGY1LE nope. I m in the process of ordering a 2ss 1le at msrp for $53,000. The ZL1 was around $65,000 if I remember right. $12,000 more for 6 years of payment might still be doable but why need that extra power and weight?
Cool dude 💯 new subscriber 2ss 1le rapid blue will be here next week !
U lucky son of a bitch 😂. I regret buying my car since I found out the 2022 was coming out with rapid blue. Hahaha congrats on the car brother 💯
@@MOOGY1LE lol appreciate it bro 😂 have a good thanksgiving to 💯
When did you place your order ?
'were being really nice today" lol
Hellz yeah it's worth it!!
So the Rev-Match feature will just increase or decrease engine speed automatically?

Samuel Hines built my '21!!
Zac Lamb built my 2022 2SS 1LE 6 manual.
@@infidel66687 It is cool info knowing they are Vette engines...
What do you do for a living?
eLSD and PTM is exclusive to V8 1LE cars.

Yes. In all honesty the Camaro is the best RWD car u can drive in the snow. Throw it in snow mode and some snow tires and ur good
Is it worth getting the 2019 over a 16-18 ? I’m I. The fence and I have my eye on a couple around the same price range

@@MOOGY1LE is there a speed difference in them because I’ve heard many people talk about “how fast the 10 speeds are” and that there no joke
