It's not an indication that they actually believe Trump is blameless (they know he's guilty as sin), but rather serves as proof that they have no moral compass and will say anything to curry the favor of Trump's acolytes. Either way, they're not interested in what's best for the country, they just want to win. My mother used to watch morning Joe and Maddow religiously every day 😀she died during the Covid. And she didn’t want Trump to be the president then not now…never! I trust my mother believe you me she would run out to anyone in need, car accident or overdose they kept knocking on the door asking for help and she didn’t care why or what she helped and never charged. If someone was hungry she fed them. A wonderful woman Everyone misses her. But no one will ever miss Trump.

We need a President that will lead and take us into the future. A man loyal to the people, not a party or himself. Other than that democracy is in trouble. One thing I do know is that our forefathers and people that defend our constitution and country in spirit and action will make sure this is the strong empire we have been despite men like Trump, DeSantis, McCarthy, Ted Cruz and others that keep trying to destroy this country with these ideas and support ideas for its destruction.

Voters probably see the Georgia case as something that hits closer to home and more personal to those involved in the Georgia election especially when they can hear him on tape. They also may not be too fond of all the candidates in Georgia races endorsed by Trump.

The 2016 polls showed the majority of people would vote for her. They did. The polls are just for how many voters will vote for who. The Electoral College doesn't reflect the number of voters who voted for a presidential candidate, it goes by who won what state. A really undemocratic way to elect a president. In history, the winning candidate has mostly won the popular vote as well as the Electoral College, but that system does allow a "loser" to win office which isn't IMO acceptable.

To bring criminal charges against ANYONE - local, State or Federal, a Grand jury must FIRST decide there is enough evidence against the accused for a guilty charge. While all accused of crimes are to be "presumed innocent until found guilty by a jury" that is a public mandate to assure an impartial jury. The legal mandate for prosecutors is the OPPOSITE. A prosecutor can ONLY bring charges if there is enough proof of guilt.
DA’s don’t bring cases to lose.
