Uzi is the embodiment of a middle schooler’s first ever OC but has the development and personality that make her bareable. I’ll stand by this belief till the day I die: Uzi is the best protagonist I’ve ever seen in media. I feel like the main message the show is giving is on the power of connections. Uzi started down the road of being violent because she wanted to get rid of the dissemble drones to please her father. She forms a connection with N and it greatly affects her when she under the belief it’s being severed in ep 4. She’s fixing her relationship with her father and got LOREEEE on her mom thanks to it. She possibly on the trail of building a relationship with her mom, which will help her combat the antagonist since they’re going through the same thing. She’s protective of those she cares about. Uzi has been alone for a long time and now that she has connections, shes desperate to not be alone. The Solver is some dark contrast to this since it forces connections with itself onto drones. With this in mind,I feel like a possible ending to murder drones would be for Uzi to make a heroic sacrifice to destroy the solver. I don’t really know how it’d happen, but it’ll show her giving her life to protect her people and especially the drones she cares about. Saving the colony has been her goal since the first ep. I think it’ll also be ironic considering she thought saving the day was the only way she could stop being alone and ignored. But now she’s playing the hero for the sake of not letting harm come to the ones she grown close to-she never needed to make some grand action because those that accept her (mainly N lol) love her even at her worst. Maybe we can even make it a cliche power of love moment lol. I wish I wasn’t lazy rn to further explain this whole « power of connections » but I can’t right now lol Regardless,I love Uzi. I want her to be happy and get the attention she deserves 😭
Man are fans really weird to Uzi (calling her a 'pick me' for just having a thing for N.). They’re a perfectly fine relationship. Anyways, thanks for the vid! We have the whole set!
@@Excavator32 the term 'pick me' is basically a term people use when a female character just happens to like a guy 'obsessively' when that couldn’t be farther from the truth for Uzi and N. Uzi’s just doing her thing
Man, ikr? I've seen people calling her a "pick me" at the start of Mass Destruction (ep. 7). Why? She was apparently "not caring about N's feelings and making V's death about herself". I'm not even joking.
As a person who hates Uzi, i absolutely love Uzi × N. Despite i hate her, their relationship is healthy and so cute. That's the only thing i love about Uzi besides her design. (Purple is my favorite colour)
Not a lot of people catch onto this, but Uzi’s character is all about uncertainty and fear. She’s at a point in her life where she’s uncertain about everything; her purpose, her place in her father’s life, at her school. The fact that there are angels of death lurking outside her home waiting to kill her doesn’t help. So she overcompensates by leaning into her edgy facade, pretending it doesn’t affect her when in reality it *all* does. Then it’s all capped off with the realisation that there is a very real possibility that she’s losing control of her body and mind to something no one can understand. It’s no wonder she’s so defensive. But it’s that fear that allows Cyn to take control of her, so naturally her arc resolves with her fully embracing herself and her fear, and using it against the Solver. She doesn’t become fearless, but she does become courageous.
This is so good i completely agree with your point i also relate to uzi to some degree as well as N i laughed when you said she is alive alongside everyone who watched the episode because i would literally have a heart attack if she wasn’t because the first time i watched it when i heard “ thanks for like everything” i immediately freaked out and started repeating no many times and after the cut when she fell as the screen turned black i cried over a character for the first time ever

In Heartbeat she says, "I want a frikkening ninja star!" In the Promening she literally pulls a knife out of her hand and starts laughing as she approaches Doll with the knife in hand. In Cabin Fever, while she doesn't do anything too violent (when she's not being possessed), she does get over the fact she killed like 5 people very quickly. In Home she tells J, "I kill you" before laughing and taking the key. In Dead End she bites off one of Alice's fingers. In Mass Destruction she kicks her mom into a fleshy goop hole.
There's a difference between liking violence and enjoying it, like V does and being willing to be violent when necessary. If Uzi liked or preferred violence she wouldn't have tried speaking to N or Doll at all. Also when it comes to her laugh, I'm not sure but I don't think it's all that significant
