LCS takes back donated 'inappropriate' book given to 4th, 5th grade students

  • Lynchburg City Schools is requesting the return of a book containing inappropriate content that was given to some 4th and 5th-grade students during enrollment day.
    According to an email sent to families of K-5 students in LCS, the school said students received a clear drawstring bag that contained various reading materials, donated by the Virginia Education Foundation.
