Had a lenovo T460 for years that never wanted to give me 3v/5v on the coils.Never understood why.Ordered replacement IC chips which are on the way and just finished looking at this video and as you explained the enable signals come from the Super IO. and my both enable signals are missing. This is one of the best and most helpful video my friend keep up the good work. Will try to replace the SuperIO and cross my fingers. Thanks
Bonjour très bien expliqué bravo professeur ,je vais apprendre beaucoup avec vos cours ,je vous salue depuis la France ,rendez vous dans un prochain cours,a bientôt
It is possible which in this case is called linear regulator whereas the one used is called buck regulator.. The linear regulators convert the (19v) to a lower voltage (let's say 1.8v) by dissipating the (17.2v) into heat and this is not efficient at all when it comes to a battery powered appliances. The Buck regulators switch the input voltage (19v) ON and OFF rapidly using Mosfets to regulate the voltage. This type is High efficiency, reduce power dissipation and suitable for applications where power efficiency is crucial.
Thank you it was helpful for me too, this was a switching power or voltage regulator actually if I'm not wrong? If you could make a video about a linear voltage regulator (LDOs) it would be nice :)
Sir please make a video about the LVDS Connector/socket to know why the laptop can not display the image n video but jast show the black screen while the machine is running on thks
BEST explained main board power regulators and current flow ever! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much brother
Thank you very much for such extraordinary explanation.
Very good video, thanks
Welcome bro
Interesting sir
I love your lessons Soo educative keep it up. God bless you
Thanks a lot brother
Very excellent delivery. But please do have videos on how to test or identify. this practically on a working board for a beginner like me. Thanks

thx i was looking for that kind of explanation a long time
Thank you.
You welcome brother
This explanation is amazing!
Hey there. Sorry I got on late. Thanks for the video upload. Always something to learn.
Thank you so much brother
why do is it to use PWM? to control both mosfet, so why don't we use one mosfet to get 1.5 volt. is it not possible?
