    I used a similar approach to training for 6 weeks at a time although I would do a giant drop set for the same muscle with no rest between the exercises, i.e. close grip tricep press x3 Dropset, followed by tricep Pushdowns x 3 Dropset, followed by dips x 3 Dropset. So 1 Set consisted of each of the 3 movements, rest 1 minute, Move onto set #2..... Used do 3 sets like that....the pump was crazy. Never did it for longer than 6 weeks at a time tho. Works great for smaller muscle groups. If trying to do this style with bigger muscles....use machines, couldn't use a barbell over the chest doing giant sets like that
