    If I train at 6:30 or 7 then a black coffee with a slice of toast and peanut butter on it. Or empty stomach works well too. Depends how I feel

    The glycogen goes straight to the muscles 💪

  • @jamieganderton
    @jamieganderton 2 дні тому

    Yes. But, if your plasma glycine is low, like say after a workout, studies show that adding 5g of collagen to 30g of protein (shake), is more beneficial. You need the Glycine to absorb the Glucose to make the Glycogen. Check NCBI. Search Collagen NCBI. Good talk

    I agree 100% especially if you’re on the juice.. a can of full fat coke and some fruit or a small bag of sweets! Spikes your insulin and speeds up protein synthesis! Also leaves you feeling less fatigued. I’d your cutting just have fruit juice and some honey or something or just live a little and enjoy life 😂

      A bowl of porridge? How big are your bowls mate? A normal sized bowl of porridge is around 200 calories, 300 with a drizzle of honey. Around the same as 3 or 4 eggs anyway
