Ok for the video u put in the tv?!? How. Oh the format have to be to have to whole video playing in the tv. Because everytime I put my mp4 video in a tv it’s like the footage is to big an it’s showing half the footage? I need help pls? Im working on a short movie. I had imported a 2d background popup video for reference and animate my character. But when i tried to render only the character with transparent background, it doesnt. It makes ash color background not transparent. I unchecked the "activate image" option from project menu, but it doesnt help. Can any one please help me? please........ :'(
Cool. But does it render? I am trying to render with my videos like background or billboards and it renders, but doesn't play the video. So I end up with a render with my included video paused or stoped, like a picture. I don't have PopVideo. I am working in iClone7 and after efects.

Great video. But I am unable to import a video or image even if holding control or right clicking. There is a circle with a dash across. What is the problem?
This could be a lot of things, but generally you should be able to simply click-and-drag from your Explorer window to your iClone scene (both right and left-click). There's no reason why it shouldn't work.
***** I know, it used to work until i did the Content Downloader update. Then I got the MSCVR120.dll missing error. Then I reinstalled Iclone and the C++ Visual libraries and since then all drag and drop functionality is gone. CTRL, right click, putting images on the diffuse map or videos on the preview window or putting the RL head on Character Creator, no drag and drop functionality at all. I have changed codecs, reinstalled Iclone multiple times, updated Nvidia drivers. I am out of options. Then problem is that I am one of the few with the problem. It is frustrating. Any ideas??

***** Thank you for your recommendation. I was able to solve the problem with help. Guess what was the culprit?? I was running in Administrator mode and That is the problem. You may not run IC6 in Administrator mode which sounds very counter intuitive...
