Antes de subir a palco do Teatro Municipal de Vila do Conde para um concerto com data única em Portugal, fomos bater à porta do camarim do ex-Fleet Foxes Joshua Tillman para que mostrasse à ampla plateia da Videoteca Bodyspace duas das canções incluídas no seu disco de estreia enquanto Father John Misty, intitulado Fear Fun. Dito e feito. " Hollywood forever cemetery sing" e "Only son of a ladiesman", despidas até ficar apenas o homem e a guitarra, ganharam vida naquele camarim onde normalmente apenas se aquece a voz ou o espírito para uma actuação posterior. Resumidas ao essencial, distantes do que se pode ouvir em disco ou ao vivo, estas duas canções - entre outras - provam Joshua Tillman como um dos escritores de canções a ter mais em conta nos próximos anos. Yeah, this is a great version all stripped down but I have to say I love the harmonies in the recorded version, it's so powerful when he sings the falsetto and then "only son of a ladies man" over it.

Frank Ruggles Thanks for your reaction. And thanks for making me watch this video again after half a year and some personal struggles nobody gives a shit about. This video is so awesome, i don't even care about what camera they used anymore or how they recorded it. I just wanna get more drunk and hug this guy until it gets awkward and then just a little longer. Now days everything is recorded and videotaped and maybe we're forgetting to just look at things for what they are.. fackin' awesome..

Definitely is a droning, one or two chord type of song, I would guess some alternate tuning too! I guess it's down a full tone, Cool! I don't know many any many any songs in that tuning
