18:10 Fouad this is the argument you had with iain and justin, just because someones great or even the best doesnt mean things cant get better (optimized) as milos said. If a smoker lives for a 100 years, does it mean it would have been a bad thing if he quit smoking? just becaused he lived a long life anyway, he probably he would have lived longer. Its not always because of certain things people are great, but sometimes regardless. No hate, it's fun with these discussions tho and I totally love the podcast.
Ok so if someone lives to 105 and they smoked would you say “man they could have lived to 110 if they didn’t smoke!” Or would you just say, it’s incredible that they lived to 105?

Fouad is very level-headed and I love his back and forth with the older bodybuilder challenging some of his points. I also like to see him supporting Sam against those that are saying Sam should stop doing certain things or should do other things. Glad I found Fouad through Sam's channel that I just discovered a month ago.
I used the original thiomucase injectables in the 90’s orange and white box, used to pick it up in the pharmacy in Spain while on holiday. I wouldn’t call it the best ped for fat loss but it did tighten up that last little bit if you were lean. I think it drew the water out of the fat cells or something but I may be wrong on that it’s a long time ago.
Those are the ones....plus blue ones from Italian pharmacies... 3 ampules per day, last month for the show - was ridiculously good for both fat and water elimination... Trick Serge Nubret shared with me back at the early '90s
Fouad this was a great discussion. They do make the “legends” could have been better in the NFL. They say that about Barry Sanders if he never retired and had the drama with the owners and Dan Marino comparing to QBs with rings. NBA they compare Lebron to MJ all the time. They use teammates and league stats to compare rings or relative greatness for their time. It is a very common what if argument that ESPN loves to ask.
Fouad kept asking why we look at “what ifs” and the reason was to answer his first question about “why use a coach” and to have a conversation, to have something to talk about, analyze, have a podcast about. He kept asking that over and over and the reason was never stated. “I’m trying to answer your first question. That’s why!”
My input on massive doses is this: I've had pharma test and nandrolone but everything else has been UGL. UGL is weaker generally, but thats the nandrolone. Usually test is pretty close. BUT I think when you're running 1g to 2g or more (and aren't yet actually huge) your basal metabolic rate goes up so much that most people just can't EAT enough to keep up with it, so it's a waste. I find when I tried doing a high dose cycle, I couldn't gain. I was eating over 5500 calories (6'1 and 225lb maybe 14% body fat) some days 6500. Just plateaued. Plus I felt overstimulated. Insomnia, sweating non stop, overheating. And I don't do tren. Just Test/NPP/Mast/Var. Don't do HGH, insulin or tren, and never will. Most recent cycle after 8 months without a blast (was on cruise/TRT microdosed test 60-75mg per week in 15 mg shots + HCG) I've started running just 175 Test C, 300 NPP/week and 15-20mg of Var (4-5 days/week) and I'm already growing nice, as I just finished the third week. This is like a 1/3rd of my last cycle, but this time no insane all out crazy sweats (still sweating way more than normal) or insomnia. Appetite is good, mood is good, libido is riled up, energy good, recovery better, all good. I DID not feel like this my last cycle. The opposite. Before people ask, yes I get bloods, I'm on TRT, and stay on top of it. But bloods don't account for things when everything looks "within range" or expected range for use, specifically insomnia/mental effects. I started TRT at 200mg/wk and dropped it, felt better. But there's SO many dudes online that will tell you to hold OR RAISE your test, and just get bloods. Bro, I got responsibilities that don't afford me to feel like shit and miss sleep while I dick around. Best choice I made: going to microdose 15mg shots 4-5 days per week versus one 200mg shot. Between that and HCG, I'm at 900-1100ng/dl and feel healthy.
On the topic of coaching (I am a nobody who has been training for 15 years) your brain is always outputting 100% "stress", if you can delegate the stressful aspect of prep/planning/meals/diet/peaks and all things of that nature, your brain is still outputting 100% "stress", but you get to proportion larger amounts of that "stress" into training/recovery/personal/rec etc improving quality of training / energy expenditure / better fatigue management and your physique (I believe) will improve accordingly.
