I am definitely considering trading in my current 2016 Camaro 2SS for the 2019 Camaro ZL1 with the 10 speed automatic transmission. Only because of how fast the 10 speed automatic is. I intend on modding the shit out of it and race it competitively for money.
I am very aware of that. However, the 10 speed that’s in the 2019 Camaro SS differs from the 2019 Camaro ZL1’s. In other terms, the ZL1’s 10 speed is the optimal transmission. Besides, I prefer the front end of the 2019 ZL1 over the 2019 SS’s refresh. Not that it looks bad, though.
@Donavan Donahue yeah but I'm pretty sure the ss's 10 speed is a derivative from the Silverado 10LXX and not the hydra-matic 10 speed 10L90 that the ZL1 uses
It’s “weird” but he’s just a car guy, at the end of the day whit that much power when you are near your home you’d go fast and take other turns to make sure you aren’t being followed

@@Krapper515 true, i zoomed in on the tips and noticed they werent chrome. I hate how chevy put a soft limiter which restricts how high it can rev. Coursa makes the exhaust sound more high pitched, right?
@@sharrybaythompson1935 Yeah, Corsa makes the car a little higher. AWE makes it way lower, MBRP sounds like a cheap Corsa, and Borla is really deep too, but produces a little louder pops
@@CanIbeFrank Yup! They're probably one of the best places to get a tune for the SHO from what I've heard. Mine is a daily so I don't have any plans to tune though.

That’s what I did this year; I traded my 2016 2SS for a 2023 ZL1. Worth every penny plus more once the Camaro is gone for good next year.
