The afternoon bite produced some exceptional trout

Today we caught fish in the morning but it wasn't till the afternoon that we caught the big girls. This was the day before the full moon, which didn't hinder the bigger trout from feeding in the early afternoon nor did the 15 knot north wind. The afternoon had a rising tide which was likely the best condition for the spot with the big trout.
