Let me tell you, this is a guy.. not just a guy. This is a guy who would research EVERYTHING just for 1 single video. And probably the only one. Nice job, i love this video.
identity is us. the only other way we would be scared at being looked at is people looking at us in jail. we are a failure. we end up having depression. james is us slowly burning our mental state. alice is our shy nature. fraud is our inability to stay true to ourselves. stan is ourselves. @@asterania Identity is a doctor as known as a Jailor. He has a brown hair and wears the navy blue suit. When he touches you, then you'll get teleported to the prison with him. And the guards will start to shoot you and Identity.
I dont think its going on in his head, i think its a telling of how a schizophrenic patient escaped a hospital, but from the patients perspective. Stan represents his doctor, following him throughout all 3 mazes trying to stop him. Fraud is probably a representation of the main character's friends/family. In his mind, they arent his loved ones, they are imitations trying to trick him. Ralph and Alice are probably assistants trying to stop you, and James? Im not sure, im thinking the only seeing you while moving might have something to do with it, or maybe he's just another assistant or security guard trying to stop you. The final boss is you combating your mental illness, but in the end you dont truly win. Identity Fraud 2 shows us what happens after he escapes, but from his perspective again. In the end he ends up killing an innocent person on the street as his delusions get the best of him. I know the game continues after that, but i stopped after that point. That's my theory.
i dont have a theory but heres what i think of every character and the maze. and their meaning maze 1; the main entrance of hospital. player is lost maze 2; outside of the hospital, a forest maze 3; the rooms of the hospital. player left the room and cant find it hallway; the hall to the players room the last hurdle room; the players room player; someone who was mentally insane Stan; player fears of the dark, as if someone is in the back watching them. they fear they are being watched fraud; players identity has been stolen before, fraud is the person who took it from the player. alice; a person who drove the player insane. James; someone who has escaped the room and is insane like the player, only finding them when they move Ralph; a murderer who targeted the player, the player is yet to escape from him last hurdle; shrug** identity; someone who has had the same fate as the player, and being insane enough to be put in jail. police thought he was lying when he tried explaining so they killed him and the player, explaining the look of fear on his face
i think stan are the people staring at you, and i think ralph is the doctor since your character says something like “my doctor wants to hurt me” and ralph, you know, hurts you. but other than that, its a good theory
i think alice represents maybe two faced people, or people who arent who they seem like they are. she has two forms, a firefly/pixie type form that is peaceful and harmless (which is just a floating yellow dot) and then if you look at it or engage it too much, she becomes her zombie/human type form which then she is harmful. maybe, our character could be also afraid of people not being who they seem to be. just a thought.
How do you even make Alice into her zombie form? I’ve never seen her in her zombie form throughout the whole time I’ve played, I have touched her and stared at her for a long time, but she never turns into a zombie.
This Game Tells you that you are lucky and don't have this disorder, this game shows according to the theory the fear and pain that you suffer, you're lost in your thoughts and words, and I think that's the true purpose of this game, to have a perspective of a schizophrenic person and feel the fears and pain. Edit: This is kinda obvious.
BioGaming calvin That is also what I thought. Because they are scared of being stared at (Stan), paranoid that people around them will hurt them (Alice) And that someone is out for them (Ralph) The voices in your head (James)
@@lettuce6321 yeah but we are talking about phobias and disorders also alice and ralph you kinda meant it the same way i mean if alice wanted to hurt you directly then that would mean they would be targeting you or hunting i guess same for ralph | stan just represents Scoptophobia or scopophobia fear of being stared at fraud well Kleptophobia or known as cleptophobia fear of your identity being stolen alice would just be pure manipulation probably and ralph is just fear of dying tbh james would be paranoia but then he tracks you by sound but james would be paranoia and maybe phonophobia
This is not a “theory”, this is what this game is actually about. You have A LOT of hints, and clues, and information that supports this, everything is making sense xd
Here is my theory for one of the characters, "Identity" Is his name, He is a man with a suit, confused/suspicious face and brown "Charmer" hair. He walks very slowly and when he touches you get sent to prison, with *N O E S C A P E* Maybe this man is his doctor, Maybe he did something wrong? And this is his therapist/doctor trying to help him with his case to telling the truth or getting executed/put into jail. His fear might also be, "getting imprisoned." This is a very rare occurrence of a character, He spawns when Ralph does, 45 minutes into a new server, The music will actually change to "Firewatch - Something's Wrong." Look up the music on UA-cam to hear it.
@@t500ish literally no one said anything about the creator, anyone would be sad the second game isn't finished but that doesn't mean they blame the developer. how old are you?
Also, another thing that I notice, When I was playing the game I was just staring into the mirror when Stan appeared. The strange thing was that Stan did not appear in the mirror, maybe it was just something the devs didn't add but I thought it was really strange and kinda connected to your idea about schizophrenia.
7:22 What if Alice to the player, was someone they cared for, and is now dead. Something that made the player remorseful. This could be why Alice looks rotten. As if her body has decayed. This is no phobia. It's the sadness that the player has developed over the years. And now Alice haunts the player in there dreams.
You forgot to mention two things. 1. “Alice” has a harmless state, it looks like a single yellow glowing eye. And the most important: The kick message, it says:”It was fun while it lasted, (your username).”
alice is probably a mother figure. mothers normally watch over you, which could represent the eye. some stuff that mothers say too is that "im always watching over you" or stuff that that which could mean another explanation to the eye. when she latches onto you, or targets you, you know for a fact she's there, like how mothers latch onto their children until they're old enough to live on their own. this could possibly mean that alice was a mother that the protag loved very much. they were always constantly in contact with them, always with them with the protags problems. the main reason why shes apart of the game and attacking, is because shes a main memory. its like whenever you do something so much you dream about it. its probably the same that the protag is going through.
Thanks for watching! Think I was wrong? Explain your theories down below! Disclaimer: I am no where close to a psychologist so for any mistakes I make in this video please comment them below!
Super Roblox - I think Alice the zombie represents him feeling possibly betrayed? You know how doctors help people but the guy we play as feels as if the doctor betrayed him and wants to hurt him. The glowing eye of alice (when she is invisible) makes you feel like it's just some fairy or something and that it will lead you to the exit but later on the yellow dot is actually the zombies eye and she then attacks you and tricks you, just like the mentally-ill person we play as.
Oh and Identity is also the man you meet in Identity Fraud 2 chapter 3 when you're in the train, you can see him ahead of you. Oh and considering that when he jails you and gets shot by guards before you. I think he is someone who is EXACTLY like that guy we play as but possibly the version where he fails to fight himself like we do in the first game and therefore tries to PULL YOU down to his level where he is trapped.
My theory about the monsters in the first part is that these monsters represent some of the things schizophrenic people have and fear off. For example, Stan. Stan stares at you from behind or front and then disappears. This is often something schizophrenic people have fear of, being stared at by others. Hence Stan being the “master of stares.” Alice would be the people, how schizophrenic people view them. You see how Alice is a firefly, completely normal. But when you get near her, she transforms into a monster that kills you. That’s how they view other people because they are paranoid to people around them, the fear of getting hurt or something. Ralph, the “mass murderer” may be also associated with Alice. Ralph would be the person that’ll “get you.” Schizophrenic people have paranoia, and they are so fearful that someone is out to get them. Even when no body is. That’s how Ralph is, he will come to get you when you come in contact with him. The same thing when people with that mental disorder have when coming in contact with someone (as in interacting or something.) James would be the voices in the head. Notice how James makes these weird sounds? That could be the voices you get from your head. The thing is, schizophrenic people are paranoid of almost everything they do because the voices in their head make up scenarios or something that “if you do this and that something bad will happen.” Hence why James will hurt you if you move or do something. Because “something bad will happen.” The reason to staying still when James is around because the voices in your head can make up so much scenarios that are bad that you can’t do anything. That you are unable to preform basic daily tasks in life, because the voices in your head will think every little thing you do will hurt you. And when James is gone, that probably means when you take your medication for schizophrenia. Now I haven’t really thought of Fraud just yet. But I think it also links up with Alice and Ralph. Notice that fraud completely acts normal as another player and when you finally make eye contact, it chases you until you are cornered or something and it takes your form, your identity? That could possibly be the fear that their identity will be taken away from people. Atleast that’s what I think. This is just my theory, it might not fully connect all the loose ends or something but I just thought of it.
Another thing I want to add is that most of the time when you're playing with a friend, you end up seeing stan at different places, but not at the same time. (peeking around the corner, infront of you, etc.) For example, i'd walk around with my friend and i'd see stan infront of me, but my friend wouldn't see him.
When it kicks you out at the end is because you were fighting yourself too hard, and while your in the hospital bed you flat line, the monster that stares at you stand for the people watching him, the mass murderer stands for the doctor, the guy with a lot of red eyes represents the person wanting to escape his own mind. schizophrenia stands for other personality’s taking over your body, so the monsters are also his other personalities, meaning that he’s trying to fight his schizophrenia. When he succeeds he gets the lack of emotion and the will to live on. He died in the hospital bed. He was stuck in an endless purgatory. One that would kill you if you escaped. One that would kill you if you stayed. There was no escape. Ever. He could never escape death.
*Heres a story* You awake. You're sick *Sick* sick. You look around the room. Its a hospital room. A little girl stands by your hospital bed, "Dad?" she says. You turn your head to look her in the eyes. She's pale. A nurse walks in. "Ah, You're finally awake, I see." She cheers You sit up. A lady walks in and says "Hun', You're getting discharged today." You stare. She stares back. "Still not talking.." Says the little girl. "I'll.. uh.." The nurse coughed. "I'll go." You watch her walk out the door. The room is black. You only see the child. "Dad.." she says. Her eyes are black now. "Why did you leave us?" she asks. "We were waiting. You never came. You ran away!" She yells, Eyes now bleeding, voids. The room lights up and the girl is normal again. Another nurse walks in. "You're being discharged, Please head off and pay your medical bill." *Why am I being discharged?* You think. "Didn't I just get here?" You ask. They turn to you. "Let's just go." Says the woman. You get up and start walking out the door with your family. You start breathing heavily. You walk through into an elevator. Your family stares as you stumble towards the buttons. "Why don't we just..." The little girl stops. "What was that, Hun'?" The lady asks. "Nothing.." the little girl says. You and your family walk out the escalator. Then out the hospital's doors. You get in the backseat of your car, which was pulled up out the front. As you arrive home, you get out of the car, Family following. It's black again. You stare at the little girl, bleeding voids as eyes. *"Dad. You shouldn't have left."* She says. Last time you thought it was just your thoughts. This time it felt.. *Real* You fall back at the seemingly front door, Choking. The girl starts levitating, Quickly swarming towards you. You get up on your feet and its normal again. This time, you're running across a road. You close your eyes, Feeling a large plate of metal smash into your ribs, Knocking you down. *"Oh Dad~?"* *"You're not safe this time~!"* A twisted laugh comes with her demonic voice. "I had to do this" She sobs. You feel a stake launched into the back of your head. *END*
When I played the game for the first time and on and on. I always stop moving after some minutes in trying to get out the maze. I couldn't force myself to move again. I was really so scared of the first monster and the creepy environment. I was just standing alone in a dark corridor, I always messaged on the chat: "Can someone help me, I can't do this. I am very scared." and I keep saying "Help please someone." but they won't respond to me during that time my heart was beating fast and I feel too much chills in me. I was stuck for like 4 hours. Not even moving in first maze. I was just thinking it is just a horror game with missions and stuff. (Well it is, kinda.) Until I saw 2 guys and after that I followed them and we have some nice chats together. They were also good in trying to solve these until we reached the end. I tried to play again but then 1 glance of the maze 1 room, I quit. I actually never gonna play the first game now even the second game. I never tried the second game until now. (I'm not used to horror games that much.)
I am not particularly scared of the game, since the first time I joined I didn’t even know it was horror since I decided to join my friend and I played it as a normal game, so I got used to it, but when my friends (kinda forced by me) played, they were super scared. I think that if you have the mentality that it’s a horror game it really will creep you out. Maybe, if you feel comfortable, just gather up a bunch of other scared people and you all play together, not only because “together we are better”( phrase by my third grade teacher) but because sharing something with other people, like a fear, really makes you feel more comfortable knowing that you are not the only one and you may even get to play it, you should try it out
Okay so I’m not sure if this was a person playing the game or a bot or character in the game but one time I was playing identity fraud with my friend and we were so lost in the first map. We kept going in circles. Then just randomly we saw someone. It was a guy with like grey arms and face and a green torso and a turquoisish legs. So we just followed him since we didn’t know where to go and because it looked like he was trying to lead us somewhere So after a while we found the gate. But the guy for some reason he just spinned around really fast then he exploded. To this day I still know nothing about that guy and why he was there leading us to the gate. Idk why he exploded. Idk who he was. Idk if anyone else experienced this. Idk if that was a person playing as him or it was a character in the game. After that I’ve never seen him ever again. Anyone else experienced this? Or please explain to what in tarnation was that guy?
the fact that we aren’t getting sleep could mean that we’re just having nightmares. i think the entire gameplay represents that ‘nightmare.’ the fact that we think we got poisoned shows this. the “poison” was actually some kind of drug to get us to sleep. right after we say “did he poison me?” “he must have.” the gameplay starts. this might have represented a time skip, showing that the doctor had proscribed us something. after realizing what it was doing to our body, we came to the conclusion that it was poison.
I honestly think that the noises in the back are whats happening in reality the door creaking: doctors going in and out of the room(s) weird creature noises: people talking walking: people walking around the main character/us im pretty sure these are the only noises in the game-
Maybe Identity is the doctor that tried to help him ( that’s why he doesn’t kill when he touches you ) but because our character’s fear and anxiety you go so down there’s no escape ( why you are trapped in a jail ). The doctor gets shot because it was like he was never in our mind, with or without the doctor our character would’ve kept falling deeper into an never ending hole, and you getting shot might symbolize.. TW read at your risk The character suicides
Hey recently i thought of this! Identity, the guy you meet in the *BEGINNING* cut scene. Now, think about your theory of the character having schizophrenia and they're out of touch with reality, and that's why you the think the doctor is trying to hurt you. Here's the thing, if you finished the 2nd game at one part you KILL someone because you have schizophrenia and you think they're a monster. Now, once you get sentenced to prison you have a lot of meet ups with your doctor and who is that doctor Identity from the first game. And if you think about how being in jail can make you go insane, what if the 1st game is actually a dream of what happened AFTER the 2nd game. Going insane most certainly would and could mess with your dreams, so all the time you're going insane leads up to your dreams following along with it which is the dream of that you're playing in the first game. And why is there a cut scene in the beginning? it can only be the memory of your meet with the doctor after the accident which lead you to prison. I don't know if this a true theory or a good one, please answer me.
I think ralph is Thanatophobia, The Phobia of death, Our character is Afraid of dying and others dying, Feeling possible he is responsible for the deaths of others....And himself. Thus why he wouldn't end his life, he's afraid when he dies and when other's die, Someone will take his identity. Or possible....Become him.
This is kinda a weird theory but if the player character is scared of his identity being stolen then maybe Alice could be a part of that because of her pixie form it could be something like the fae where for some kinds of them in myth if you tell them your name they keep it so like stealing your identity. Probably not true but hey I thought it could be a cool connection.
I have actually been to the "prison cell" that identity teleports you to and I believe that the prison cell might just be an asylum which fits your theory saying that our character suffers from a mental disease. Also nice vid.
We have been wondering what the dialogue was about this whole time!!!! Thanks!:) (it only makes it slightly creepier now that there’s a theory about it) ;)
I may get wrong but here’s my theory The player is suffering from anxiety disorder or schizophrenia (or not idk?) So the player gets sent to this mental hospital The player gets more anxiety that he escapes the ward the player is in The first maze represents the mental hospital the player is trying to find the exit of the hospital The player gets more anxiety that he escapes the ward and tries to find the exit getting more anxiety The second maze represents the outside of the mental hospital (or forest) The player found an exit and escapes the hospital, stumbling in the forest looking for a street to stay and rest The third maze most likely represents the player’s home(?) The player explores his house and founds a radio beeping from the doctor (Identity) before getting arrested The hallway represents the after escape from the hospital and stumbling in the forest The boss arena right most likely represents that you’re overcoming your anxiety disorder or the player’s schizophrenia Monsters: Stan - Stan probably represents scopophobia Fraud - Fraud represents imagination of the family member or a friend Ralph - Ralph represents thanatophobia Alice - Alice probably represents nyctophobia James - (idk about him) James probably represents our mental health? Identity - Identity represents the doctor who poisoned you got arrested Last hurdle - Last Hurdle represents the anxiety disorder or the schizophrenia that the player is suffering and the player is trying to overcome it That might be my theory gaiz
I know this is late, but what if the boss meant all the fears combined. Think about it, it has armor so you can’t see what’s inside. It’s like people, some hide their emotions. The boss shoots out lasers and bombs, those could represent the emotions spiraling out of control, continuing a cycle until help has been gained. And it followed you, so it could also have another fear of being followed, plus the fears before this.
I think stan represent his fear of knowing he has hallucinations, and he may not notice someone actally poison/leave him there to decay because of that, like you can only controll him while you stare at him
Alice and ralph theory: Alice: Depression (or anxiety), maybe karens or being afraid that people will not like you and just scream at you if you are talking to them (reffering that alice is a banshee) Ralph: Anxiety (again), having a fear of even approaching someone or even talk to them, thats why he is a "mass murderer"
I saw this video and your theory talk video after this and they are my favorite videos and yeah I was hooked on this game before and now with the video just makes it better I'm kind of obssesed °3°
I think the reason Alice is there is because he has the fear of being hurt. If you touch or bump into Alice, she will go right ahead and begin to attack you. What helps back this up is that in the Dialogue it states that the doctor wants to hurt him, which might indicate he is scared of being hurt or touched. In almost all of the characters, you have to touch them to either get them to go away or to get killed. Our character thinks that if people touch him, they want to hurt him.
Your theory is very good, but i also know that sometimes in the mirror you can happear as a white monster with red eyes, which might mean something like:we are becoming a monster,we are already a monster or....The mirror is telling us something.
It’s clever for the people who design thumbnails or posters because, we never really pay attention to what’s going on to the poster, we just focus on how rad and cool it is. These designers know that, we just ignore that type of stuff. Very clever for them to hide a code that we thought was just a display to make the thumbnail with James badass when really, it had a purpose. This theory was very enjoyable as always! Would love to hear about the second game because, yeah, we end up in Jail for committing murder (which could be the cause if schizophrenia) and there’s these scenes where you are in a train with a man and stuff and blah blah blah, a guy named Travis, us mistaken for an appointment. It’s all confusing to me and I really want to try tying up all the loose ends but I just don’t have enough IQ!
Our fears is linked to monsters Heres an example: James - Your fears without having a light Ralph: Fear commiting suicide..? Fraud:Fear being copy cat Stan: Fear staring people
My Personal Take on the story : Your character has commited a mass murder and has been arrested. After being bailed out or you have served your years, you suffer Schizophrenia. After a while you decide to have appointments. During this one, the whole sequence happened. Now lets get into character meanings. That were hard to make sense of. -Ones That Wont Make Sense- Alice (Eye Form) = False Identity or a Trick Alice (Zombie Form) = Fear of death (as in Death Sentence.) -Ones that make sense- Ralph = Your Past catching up to you. Identity = Either the person you killed. Or you met him in jail. The Final Boss = ??? Getting Kicked Out = Waking up.
The first Identity Fraud is all in the player's head, as the un related noises in the background would be able to relate to whats happening in the therapy room or whatever. And when you get past the final hurdle, you wake up. Which can follow up in the second one and how your in this place that closely resembles a hospital. The therapy is canceled and the paitent makes it out of the building safely, but not without hallucinating and seeing monsters there. Eventually the paitent murders an indevidual, sending you to prison. In there, you constantly have flashbacks or dreams when you sleep, you see a subway cart, and the therapy room with the person who treated yo u. But it all goes south and the dream ends, You and your firends plan to escape, which may happen next chapter when it's released.
I think that all the things that chase you represent the staff trying to help you, your mind is thinking they are trying to hurt you though and the footsteps and swinging doors represent medical workers rushing you around and trying to help you because you have passed out
My friend and I thought about stupid little theories that kind of made sense Like how Ralph was a surgical doctor with a overreacted view of a scalpel. And how Instead if the monsters killing you they give you heart attacks as how you get scared by bumping into these overreacted views of people ( monsters ). And how Alice died from a heart attack. We also thought the first hallway was so called never ending was a hallucination. This theory is much better but we just like randomly theorizing.
To me, this is probably connected to sleeping. The character is obviously mentally ill, and he said to the doctor that he hasn’t slept and he doesn’t want to. He then passed out, and you enter the maze.
I think Alice is the fear of being betrayed or deceived, Alice appears to be a innocent pixie at first but when you stare at her she turns into her zombie form and kills you (or is at least supposed to, Alice's AI is broken currently.) Our MC states how his doctor helps him at first in the dialogue but a bit later says the doctor wants to hurt MC and that he poisoned MC, MC is scared that the doctor betrayed/is gonna betray him by hurting him instead of helping like he's supposed to. Also it is stated that the doctor grabs him, and Alice kills you through strangling, in a sense she's grabbing you also, this may have nothing to do with the dialogue but I thought I'd still mention it.
In my opinion, identity is a soul wandering around the maze. What he meant to do is teleports whoever touches him to his dream realm aka the jail cells, and let them witness how the last moment of his life ends in the jail cell. I feel like there’s a long story behind this.. He just wants people to know his story
i think the guy has a psychotic episode like depression and schizophrenia it's like the old game called cry of fear this game is quite smart Morse codes would like to know about more of this games. Stan may represents your fear of somee9ne stares at you alice may represents the fear of someone has negative thoughts also called social anxiety ralph represents someone is gonna hurt them like in the conversation fraud disguises you means like getting your friends or your family to get him attention and identity gets quite difficult he could maybe represents the our insanity james represents the voices of our head.
Schizophrenia is a significant mental illness that causes someone to have an altered experience of reality. It is one of a group of disorders known as psychosis. Schizophrenia affects people's thoughts, perceptions and behaviour and interferes with their ability to function at work, school or relate to other people. :>

Ya forgot stan my guy
That's actually a great theory
i dont have a theory but heres what i think of every character and the maze. and their meaning
maze 1; the main entrance of hospital. player is lost
maze 2; outside of the hospital, a forest
maze 3; the rooms of the hospital. player left the room and cant find it
hallway; the hall to the players room
the last hurdle room; the players room
player; someone who was mentally insane
Stan; player fears of the dark, as if someone is in the back watching them. they fear they are being watched
fraud; players identity has been stolen before, fraud is the person who took it from the player.
alice; a person who drove the player insane.
James; someone who has escaped the room and is insane like the player, only finding them when they move
Ralph; a murderer who targeted the player, the player is yet to escape from him
last hurdle; shrug**
identity; someone who has had the same fate as the player, and being insane enough to be put in jail. police thought he was lying when he tried explaining so they killed him and the player, explaining the look of fear on his face
The one higher up is better imo
I like this theory
i think stan are the people staring at you, and i think ralph is the doctor since your character says something like “my doctor wants to hurt me” and ralph, you know, hurts you. but other than that, its a good theory
i think alice represents maybe two faced people, or people who arent who they seem like they are.
she has two forms, a firefly/pixie type form that is peaceful and harmless (which is just a floating yellow dot) and then if you look at it or engage it too much, she becomes her zombie/human type form which then she is harmful. maybe, our character could be also afraid of people not being who they seem to be.

marshnerio wait is that the actual mechanic for her?
How do you even make Alice into her zombie form? I’ve never seen her in her zombie form throughout the whole time I’ve played, I have touched her and stared at her for a long time, but she never turns into a zombie.
ღAnzeliseღ Ik this isn’t part of the theory but I can trust Alice lmao
This Game Tells you that you are lucky and don't have this disorder, this game shows according to the theory the fear and pain that you suffer, you're lost in your thoughts and words, and I think that's the true purpose of this game, to have a perspective of a schizophrenic person and feel the fears and pain.
Edit: This is kinda obvious.
I’m just happy that I only have anxiety
From a person who has it, I don't get how people could fake such thing. I would like to see them living with this thing, its literally hell
"Shut up speedy" LMAO
Yea, 'Are you subscribed?'

he dosnt have schizophrenia, he has paranoid schizophrenia it has way more symptons that match and it makes alot more scene
BioGaming calvin
That is also what I thought. Because they are scared of being stared at (Stan), paranoid that people around them will hurt them (Alice) And that someone is out for them (Ralph)
The voices in your head (James)

Yep thats what I caught on to when I first played the game too.
Still a type of schizophrenia bro

7:21 Maybe gynephobia is the phobia you are looking for, it is the phobia of beautiful women
I always thought the character had schizophrenia but i didnt think that the monsters respresented his fears
so nice theory
true
It's a shame that Identity Fraud 2 has not been finished yet, but the things we see there really mach up with this vid somewhy. Nice job!
how is it a shame be paitent the creator has a life too they have stuff to do.
@@t500ish literally no one said anything about the creator, anyone would be sad the second game isn't finished but that doesn't mean they blame the developer. how old are you?
@@bellalmao5349 do you even know what I meant
The game's description say its discontinued 😔
Also, another thing that I notice, When I was playing the game I was just staring into the mirror when Stan appeared. The strange thing was that Stan did not appear in the mirror, maybe it was just something the devs didn't add but I thought it was really strange and kinda connected to your idea about schizophrenia.
You are smart... That is for sure... I love your videos. Never stop making them.

What if Alice to the player, was someone they cared for, and is now dead. Something that made the player remorseful. This could be why Alice looks rotten. As if her body has decayed. This is no phobia. It's the sadness that the player has developed over the years. And now Alice haunts the player in there dreams.
Gordon Freeman !
okok maybe Alice was the players ex girlfriend that he ended up killing and now he's scared that she's trying to get revenge on hjm
I used to play Roblox…….. Good times
i’m glad Identity was theorized/explained. he’s so mysterious
maybe a fear of being locked up
maybe it's the doctor from the dialogue and he feels like the doctor's office is a prison
Hey but its just a theory... a GAME THEORY
Will you be making a part 2 for identity fraud 2? because if you are i'll be looking forward to it
Yes!
I think he is someone who is EXACTLY like that guy we play as but possibly the version where he fails to fight himself like we do in the first game and therefore tries to PULL YOU down to his level where he is trapped.
i can lighten up on the schizophrenia part, but yes, i do agree with all of this.
i really had the same idea of monsters representing fears i was just talking about it with my friend
before i found this video
identity fraud 2 indicates you are having a psychosis
BOOM! Evidence.
James is also in Identity fraud 2, except you get to "Speak with him"
My theory about the monsters in the first part is that these monsters represent some of the things schizophrenic people have and fear off.
For example, Stan. Stan stares at you from behind or front and then disappears. This is often something schizophrenic people have fear of, being stared at by others. Hence Stan being the “master of stares.”
Alice would be the people, how schizophrenic people view them. You see how Alice is a firefly, completely normal. But when you get near her, she transforms into a monster that kills you. That’s how they view other people because they are paranoid to people around them, the fear of getting hurt or something.
Ralph, the “mass murderer” may be also associated with Alice. Ralph would be the person that’ll “get you.”
Schizophrenic people have paranoia, and they are so fearful that someone is out to get them. Even when no body is. That’s how Ralph is, he will come to get you when you come in contact with him. The same thing when people with that mental disorder have when coming in contact with someone (as in interacting or something.)
James would be the voices in the head. Notice how James makes these weird sounds? That could be the voices you get from your head. The thing is, schizophrenic people are paranoid of almost everything they do because the voices in their head make up scenarios or something that “if you do this and that something bad will happen.”
Hence why James will hurt you if you move or do something.
Is it just me, or does Identity look like the mysterious train guy in Identity Fraud two?
I swear they look the same.
Identity looks like james wearing a suit its grey and ue spawns when you hear a sherf song or what ever its called
Wilibear 4 life bear yeah he looks like a businessman
@@kazzam5 he HAS been referenced to the G-Man from Garry's mod
Jake the Dog yeah he kinda looks like him
@@what-qr7wp The song is Something’s Wrong from firewatch
Are you being captured by Fraud? 0:58
No, I sped the footage up for no apparent reason lol
This guy is the MASTER of thinking.
*Heres a story*
You awake.
You're sick
*Sick* sick.
You look around the room.
Its a hospital room.
A little girl stands by your hospital bed,
"Dad?" she says.
You turn your head to look her in the eyes.
She's pale.
A nurse walks in.
"Ah, You're finally awake, I see." She cheers
You sit up.
A lady walks in and says "Hun', You're getting discharged today."
You stare.
She stares back.
"Still not talking.." Says the little girl.
"I'll.. uh.." The nurse coughed.
"I'll go."
You watch her walk out the door.
"You're being discharged, Please head off and pay your medical bill."
*Why am I being discharged?* You think.
*Real*
You fall back at the seemingly front door, Choking.
The girl starts levitating, Quickly swarming towards you.
You get up on your feet and its normal again. This time, you're running across a road.
You close your eyes, Feeling a large plate of metal smash into your ribs, Knocking you down.
*"Oh Dad~?"*
*"You're not safe this time~!"*
A twisted laugh comes with her demonic voice.
"I had to do this" She sobs.
You feel a stake launched into the back of your head.
*END*
Great story👏
Read the first sentence and got bored
This game's lore is really great, especially in IF2, it isn't just mazes but actual story building.
Nice & Friendly ok?
same bro
I am not particularly scared of the game, since the first time I joined I didn’t even know it was horror since I decided to join my friend and I played it as a normal game, so I got used to it, but when my friends (kinda forced by me) played, they were super scared. I think that if you have the mentality that it’s a horror game it really will creep you out.
Maybe, if you feel comfortable, just gather up a bunch of other scared people and you all play together, not only because “together we are better”( phrase by my third grade teacher) but because sharing something with other people, like a fear, really makes you feel more comfortable knowing that you are not the only one and you may even get to play it, you should try it out
So I’ve looked in the comments and people described ALOT of phobias…
LIKE JEEZ HOW MANY PHOBIAS DOES THIS PERSON HAVE? ALLOPHOBIA?
This guy *NEEDS SOME MILK*
When i saw the thumnail i was like. "HOW CAN I HAVE SCHIZOPHRENIA IF I PLAY THE GAME???" XD
Someone told me the second game has evidence that each monster (in the first game) resembles something like loneliness, self doubt, etc.
Or please explain to what in tarnation was that guy?
i didn't but i think it might not be a player.
the fact that we aren’t getting sleep could mean that we’re just having nightmares. i think the entire gameplay represents that ‘nightmare.’
the fact that we think we got poisoned shows this. the “poison” was actually some kind of drug to get us to sleep. right after we say “did he poison me?” “he must have.” the gameplay starts. this might have represented a time skip, showing that the doctor had proscribed us something. after realizing what it was doing to our body, we came to the conclusion that it was poison.
Lol I said that as a joke, playing with friends "ight so basically we all schizophrenic n we gotta get outta here." My words exactly.
thank you for map XD btw nice video and i heard that people have schizoprenia usually think that about "is there a position in their water or meal"
I honestly think that the noises in the back are whats happening in reality
the door creaking: doctors going in and out of the room(s)
weird creature noises: people talking
walking: people walking around the main character/us
im pretty sure these are the only noises in the game-
ooo yeah I agree!
TW read at your risk
The character suicides
WAIT A MINUTE this looks like the backrooms wait is this based on a creepy pasta.
Alice is Pnigophobia
The fear of strangulation, smothering, etc.
I think it’s ok
I really love this theory it makes so much sense i wish i could make theory's as good as you
me:i have not slept
doc:y

Underrated comment
When I saw the title, I was like: “I HAVE TO WATCH THIS!”
Yeah when i first played the game i was like "this game is about schizophrenia"
Thanks!:) (it only makes it slightly creepier now that there’s a theory about it) ;)
I may get wrong but here’s my theory
The player is suffering from anxiety disorder or schizophrenia (or not idk?)
So the player gets sent to this mental hospital
The player gets more anxiety that he escapes the ward the player is in
The first maze represents the mental hospital the player is trying to find the exit of the hospital
The player gets more anxiety that he escapes the ward and tries to find the exit getting more anxiety
The second maze represents the outside of the mental hospital (or forest)
The player found an exit and escapes the hospital, stumbling in the forest looking for a street to stay and rest
The third maze most likely represents the player’s home(?)
The player explores his house and founds a radio beeping from the doctor (Identity) before getting arrested
The hallway represents the after escape from the hospital and stumbling in the forest
The boss arena right most likely represents that you’re overcoming your anxiety disorder or the player’s schizophrenia
Monsters:
Stan - Stan probably represents scopophobia
Fraud - Fraud represents imagination of the family member or a friend
Ralph - Ralph represents thanatophobia
Alice - Alice probably represents nyctophobia
James - (idk about him) James probably represents our mental health?
Identity - Identity represents the doctor who poisoned you got arrested
Last hurdle - Last Hurdle represents the anxiety disorder or the schizophrenia that the player is suffering and the player is trying to overcome it
That might be my theory gaiz
I know this is late, but what if the boss meant all the fears combined. Think about it, it has armor so you can’t see what’s inside. It’s like people, some hide their emotions. The boss shoots out lasers and bombs, those could represent the emotions spiraling out of control, continuing a cycle until help has been gained. And it followed you, so it could also have another fear of being followed, plus the fears before this.
I think stan represent his fear of knowing he has hallucinations, and he may not notice someone actally poison/leave him there to decay because of that, like you can only controll him while you stare at him
love this
Thank you!
Alice and ralph theory:
Alice: Depression (or anxiety), maybe karens or being afraid that people will not like you and just scream at you if you are talking to them (reffering that alice is a banshee)
Ralph: Anxiety (again), having a fear of even approaching someone or even talk to them, thats why he is a "mass murderer"
I don't like this
I LOVE IT!
Thank you so much for sharing it!! It's the best theory ever!
I saw this video and your theory talk video after this and they are my favorite videos and yeah I was hooked on this game before and now with the video just makes it better I'm kind of obssesed °3°
so...
i feel like im in this game irl
I’ve encountered fraud only in maze one I saw myself and I actually said to my self “am..I..Dead?” Like dude it’s scary
this actually kinda scared me bc i thought the same thing.
Our fears is linked to monsters Heres an example:
James - Your fears without having a light
Ralph: Fear commiting suicide..?
Fraud:Fear being copy cat
Stan: Fear staring people
BUT HEY, THATS JUST A THEORY, A GAME THEORY.
Stan is basically
Scoptophobia (him staring at you)
And paranoia (him following you randomly)
speedy: talking about how the player has schizophrenia
also speedy: *upbeat music*
hello i'm a schizophrenic!
player has schizohrenia i said so
I was just thinking about this. About how the whole game is in the players head. The character ‘identity’ really comes into play with all of it
My Personal Take on the story : Your character has commited a mass murder and has been arrested. After being bailed out or you have served your years, you suffer Schizophrenia. After a while you decide to have appointments. During this one, the whole sequence happened. Now lets get into character meanings. That were hard to make sense of.
-Ones That Wont Make Sense-
Alice (Eye Form) = False Identity or a Trick
Alice (Zombie Form) = Fear of death (as in Death Sentence.)
-Ones that make sense-
Ralph = Your Past catching up to you.
Identity = Either the person you killed. Or you met him in jail.
The Final Boss = ???
Getting Kicked Out = Waking up.
I love this theory, you are amazing. ❤
This is the best backstory ever
Interesting theory
this game was so related to peoples feelings
Fun fact James is your Doctor actually. Without his hat or gloves It's actually the guy from the train Or James is trying to Kill you.
I think that all the things that chase you represent the staff trying to help you, your mind is thinking they are trying to hurt you though and the footsteps and swinging doors represent medical workers rushing you around and trying to help you because you have passed out
the person/the doctor is either 1. The therapist (IF2 CHAPTER 3,) the identity (IF1 MAZE ONE,) or Travis (IF2 CHAPTER 2 AND 3 INCLUDED IN)
If you look closely in the mirrors you might see a smile. I think its when a "Fraud" or "The Stan" is nearby,
Its really hard to see.
My friend and I thought about stupid little theories that kind of made sense
Like how Ralph was a surgical doctor with a overreacted view of a scalpel.
JAMES I SAW HIM ONCE AND THE JAIL SELL THING TO!!
I love how he says schizophrania instead of schizophrenia
In my opinion, identity is a soul wandering around the maze. What he meant to do is teleports whoever touches him to his dream realm aka the jail cells, and let them witness how the last moment of his life ends in the jail cell. I feel like there’s a long story behind this..
He just wants people to know his story
Ralph is the doc in the story and he won't stop following you because you still have 30 min left
i think the guy has a psychotic episode like depression and schizophrenia it's like the old game called cry of fear
this game is quite smart Morse codes would like to know about more of this games.
Stan may represents your fear of somee9ne stares at you
alice may represents the fear of someone has negative thoughts also called social anxiety
ralph represents someone is gonna hurt them like in the conversation
fraud disguises you means like getting your friends or your family to get him attention
and identity gets quite difficult he could maybe represents the our insanity
james represents the voices of our head.
Karens: roblox youtuber sucks, be a detective instead
This guy: hmmm, what about both???
i think when you beat the game boss, you get kicked out of the server and the history continues at Identity Fraud 2.
also you can see james has a doctor coat so its possible that james represents the doctor trying to stop him.
Your predictions are so accurate, I think that this is true.
Schizophrenia is a significant mental illness that causes someone to have an altered experience of reality. It is one of a group of disorders known as psychosis. Schizophrenia affects people's thoughts, perceptions and behaviour and interferes with their ability to function at work, school or relate to other people.
