- What does Jerusalem look like at night? Join us to find out as we walk the streets of ancient city into the Western Wall area and navigate our way to the terraces above it that overlook the Temple Mount. The views were unbelievable, but so was the story that unfolded and our escape.

Even though this is not a part-two night tour, I have enjoyed it because it shows so much integrity on your part to allow for 'reasonable doubt' in your judgement of a scam and then replace the original with this explainer. I am a former police officer, and have served on tactical units. When I first saw you two go into the dark with this man, every instinct in me screamed, "DON'T GO." It’s Israel not the USA. Nobody is gonna harm them. The crime rate in Israel is almost non existent in the Jewish community
Hello Sergio and Rhoda. We always walk at night in Jerusalem and feel completely safe, especially in the Jewish Quarter. We’re more cautious in the other quarters. I am a woman and feel completely safe in the new city, as well. Living in the US (California), we feel way safer in Jerusalem. God bless you both in your ministry. 🇺🇸♥️🇮🇱

(Do you want to know the root of the Pharisees' resistance to Jesus? They are full of fantasies about the Messiah. Hi all. God willing I will be visiting Israel before end of the year. Any suggestions for places to visit, food to try, places to stay at...? Hope to spend spend about a week.
My wife and I booked a 7 day Mediterranean cruise with ports in Ashdod (Jerusalem) and Haifa. I watched all your videos prior to our trip and enjoyed them tremendously! We were there last week with a tour of Jerusalem, where we had been twice before. Then we had a tour of Nazareth where we had not been before. Your city really knows how to put on a traffic jam! Such a bustling town! Israel is so fascinating because of what the prophets have said is yet to come. Indeed, the best is yet to come. "Come quickly Lord Jesus!"

I would love to have met you both - I was literally in Jerusalem for the 5 days prior to Jerusalem Day staying at the Leonardo Jerusalem and had been in so many of the places that I'd seen in your videos. As a pastor, I just wanted to say thank you for your content. Your videos really helped to prepare me for my "return home", but also for what the group I was traveling with would experience. The one day I literally looked out our bus window and realized I was looking at the trail you walked from ancient Chorazim down toward Capernaum and Magdala!
Also - I wish we would have found that view. I was so blessed to be able to visit the Western Wall and pray there. Our full trip was 12 days, many of which we spent in the north (Tel Dan) and as far south as Qumran and the Dead Sea.

Hi Sergio and Rhoda, Natalie and I were amazed to see the content of this video, because we believe we met the same man on our recent visit to Jerusalem. It happened to be the evening of Yom Hazikaron, Israel's Day of Remembrance, but as the sun went down, we experienced the emotional transition from sadness to celebrations at the Western Wall of Yom Haatzmaut, Israel's 75th Independence Day. It was definitely a great memory climbing those same stairs and looking at the Western Wall from the balcony there. But then a nervous looking man asked if we wanted to see a nice view up the stairs. We hesitated to follow him and we asked how much. He also said 50 shekels, but I pointed out a sign on the wall that said, Western Wall Observation, with an arrow pointing up the stairs, indicating it should be free. But he would not let us go up the stairs without paying. As some Jewish residents went up the stairs, he nervously moved out of their way, but then jumped in front again as some other tourists wanted to go and look. It's funny that we both had the same thoughts about him, putting a bad taste in our mouths.
I was there a week ago and this is a such amazing place. I love Jerusalem so much. Thank God for this beautiful city!

My dream was to walk the streets of Jerusalem at night during Jesus time at Passover. Feeling the light breeze of the wind on my face. Smell the smells of the cooking of the lambs. Listen, do you hear the murmur of the voices repeating the Passover story. "Why is tonight different Papa?"... Hearing to the crunch of the pebbles under my sandals. Seeing the glow of fires burning as I walk the quiet and pretty much deserted streets... Just a dream in my minds eye. Maranatha!

But it's definitely a great thing to remember, that not a hair from our head can fall unless God in his providence allows it. We are to cast our burdens upon him, for he cares for us! That brings back so much memories when my husband and I were their on our honeymoon. It was there Independence Day so it was very crowded in the Western Wall. I also agree that is it pretty safe to walk around the old city at night and just when you think it’s a dead end street it’s not! That’s for reposting this again. My husband and I had a similar experience in Jerusalem. A shopkeeper asked if we wanted to see a beautiful view of Temple Mount. We said yes and he led us into a school that had an amazing courtyard to view. He seemed very nice, did not charge us and even gave us the keys to lock up after we were finished. He left us alone to enjoy the view and we took some great pictures. We asked him how did he have the keys to the school and he said he is a good neighbor. After we were finished we did go into his shop and purchased a few things. This was mid-May 2023.

I have been living in Israel since 1982. I am currently living in Tiberius. Due to work, children and circumstances i have not been able to get around to many of the amazing sites that I would like to have visited .
I am now retired and due to health issues i cannot get around to the sites...
But I can visit these places along with you guys and am enjoying your videos immensely.
I know that making these videos is a lot of work but you are doing a good job .

I've had some bad thoughts of someone breaking into our home to hurt us. We also host a bnb in our home. Out of all the guests in 3 years we have only had 2 occasions that were bad and left our place a mess. Both of these times the immediate reaction upon their arrival was negative. The LORD showed me that was because His angels stand guard over our home and property (which we have often prayed for). The bad guests negative reaction was because their demons didn't like the angels protecting us. Psalm 91 says He will give His angels charge over us and I truly believe Him.

Greetings from Jerusalem. Well, you can call it a scam, but for him and for most people in the Old City he is just someone who has access to a "special” place and takes advantage of it with tourists. This is something very very common (specially in the Arab part but also there in the Jewish quarter). If someone insist you to come with him, to show you or explain you something, or to come to his place (it will be always a man, never a woman) he is going to ask you for money, or he is going to try to bind you to buy something because now you owe him. You can find men like that almost in every angle here. And will become very aggressive if you refuse, as you saw. But also you can stay steady and it’s almost sure that they will not go further with aggression. About the price, they will ALWAYS push to the highest amount possible. They just try. It’s a culture. It happens also in the taxis if you don’t make them use the taximeter. That’s really annoying but it’s the daily life here around the old city.
By the way, the next balcony at the right (more exactly the rooftop of the yeshiva shown on 13:12) is way better and costs only 10 shekels. But I think it is not open on night time.
