I'm betting the heal can be easily interrupted like Dabi's revive. One hit and it just stops.

The stuns from his gamma and dismantle changed my mind, he has decent survivability. He may not be the best at getting away, but keeping enemies in the fight and staying in the fight isn't gonna be a problem for him, he can just stun you and use his repair and dismantle charges to get his health back and undo all your traction. I really wonder if you can use Repair and Dismantle on his team to save them too.
Now if they treat Overhauls attacks as obstacles that can't be alpha'd through and block shots then he'll be at least low A tier imo.
This character spacial action will breake the game like instant almost full hp and a counter to melees

Bro I been saying this and we got a good five nomu to get too the one that fought all might first season the nomu that fought endeavor and the nomu that mirko had fought in the lab
The only thing I would do different is make his beta 1 hit knock down like ibara alpha and endeavor beta. Easier to escape. I feel like it would be hard to land the beta twice for a knockdown so u can escape.
To have no movement they kind of cooked. Only question is how fast does his special action come back

I think over hauls Alpha should have been like strike dabis Alpha where he sends those rocks coming out of the ground in a Straight line , would have made him a truely Damaging at close range But i guess they wanted to consider flying enemies for Him since he doesnt have movement, but otherwise it still Good with the skill set.
They marketed the problem which was movement characters not selling the solution anti movement characters

Overall good kit, and i can see what the devs wanted to do with his kit , by attacking from distance and not letting people get close. But that special action heal is kindaaaaaa OP in my opinion. That much heal in less than a second is broken. And if the cooldown is low, good luck killing him. We’ll have to wait and see for that, but i think 350 heal and 125 shield in less than a second is broken. Nonetheless I’m excited for overhaul, even more excited for his ultimate form if he ever gets a new skill set
I mean he could do it in the anime …midoriya had to deal with it and plus it’s similar to Dabi having 2 lives only really good players wil be unkillable with him most ppl aren’t even good at timing and shyt

It does look like they gave him a fun moveset, unlike oj2, where, in my opinion, his moveset was boring but here he does seems fun but i'm still skipping i don't csre for overhaul himself but i'm happy for the people who like him .

I want to mention there is a good chance his special has a set heal. It will always heal you to game start health (Max HP, 125 GP) but if you used it for an example when you lost GP but have full HP it will heal to 125 GP, not Max health.
