Haha I've recently watched another person playthrough these games. They did all the motor racer games. I think 2 has high speed ring in it but with a different name
Actually, in the European version of Moto Racer 2, the layout of Feel the Heat is different. Because of this, it makes Feel the Heat an original Moto Racer 2 track for the European version instead of being modelled to be High Speed Ring from the Gran Turismo games.
I think Delphine Software changed the layout of Feel the Heat for the European version, in order to avoid getting into trouble with the rights to High Speed Ring, because Polyphony Digital are responsible for creating that track since the first Gran Turismo. But i think that's just a fan theory, since nobody from Delphine Software talked about why the layout of Feel the Heat was changed from being High Speed Ring to an original Moto Racer 2 track in the European version. I could be wrong. Interestingly, the Japanese PS1 version is based on the North American version and because of that, it features Feel the Heat being High Speed Ring.
Nice video. The picture ratio is wrong, should be 4:3. The image is stretched and deformed. I had to go a third party site to view it at original format. Anyway thanks for the capture, nice to see moto racer again.
Stretched, yes. Deformed, no. This is the GOG version launched with the -Fullscreen launch command. I use a 2560x1440 monitor and it's my preference to use all of the screen.
@@TPL-Motorsport just check the speed counter, should be a circle and it is not. Really, this is awfull to watch, you should make effort to respect the original game.
@@KOHLERChristophe That's called nitpicking bro. If it's so awful and unwatchable then stop whining here and go make something better yourself. That way you'll be doing something actually worth your time. Moto Racer could always use more coverage on UA-cam.
@@TPL-Motorsport yeah no problem. Continue producing crappy videos and do not try to improve yourself. You are right, i will watch other video, from people that can make différence between a correct picture and a deformed one. I am a game creator, so do not worry, got plenty of more interesting things to do than trying to educate tasteless people.
One of the games of my childhood. Thanks for bring this up.
Best game I ever played back in the days 😭
the last time i played this was 2004
In my intention I finished this game on all difficulty levels, including the reverse tracks.

It's "Feel the Heat", Moto Racer 2 have a replica of this track

@@ΠαναγιώτηςΣανακίδης Even more strange, why didn't they implement this European layout in original game? I doubt it was a placeholder back then
