Love those dapple grey police horses! One thing I've noticed is the lovely gradation of colour on their tails... very close to the expensive balayage technique people do on their hair. (I only know the term from watching a very funny hairdresser's reaction videos to TikTok hair fails.)

Using the horse to move the tourists isn't going to be effective going forward as I don't think people will necessarily know that is what the trooper is doing. Speaking up is better.
Using the horse to move tourists out of the box didn't seem all that effective. I would use that as a last resort if someone refuses to move after they've been asked to get out of the box.
