Howdy! I usually cut a LOT more to make a video somewhere near 30-40 minutes for stuff like this, but honestly I had so much footage and didn't want to split it into 2 or 3 vids, so enjoy 2 HOURS of arma 3 content :) Appreciate you guys!
Man, I still think the night lighting in Arma 3 is one of the best to date (sans lack of lighting shadows). The way those explosions looked at night, how they light up the area and reflected off the water, man that looked so good.
Whats funny, is every time i watch these videos where drewski plays arma, I reinstall it and realize that I can never have the same experience in pubs lmao
I do the same, but I spend 5 hours in the eden editor trying to figure out how to make a scenario... inevitably it barely works, I fly around with choppers for an hour or two and then stop playing for 6 months lol.
I suggest you try 77th JSOC, beginner friendly community that prioritizes infantry gameplay. they organize sepcial missions on a private server once you get recruited, but they also do events on two public EU servers. I've been playing on that server for 3 years and have a lot of fond memories from it.
@@ivansimic2502 yeah I love playing there! especially on the Tanoa map. I like that they allow a day & night cycle. The 'defend HQ' scenarios are nightmare fuel (and a lil laggy) but so much fun!!!!
a lot of those friends he got because he's successful on youtube.... he got himself a high end PC and player gear (and I'm pretty sure he uses some assistive software, I've caught his gun locking in on targets, AND THEN HE NOTICED THE TARGET, in a few videos. he's actually pulled off interesting things, to be fair, but that could very well be a fake it until you make it thing.... or just law of probability.
I look forward to all of your content, Antistasi Tanoa is by far my favorite out of all of them. Clean Editing, action packed and the interaction within the unit all make for an entertaining experience. So many epic moments in this video, it didn't feel like a 2 hour slog, but instead it felt like a roller coaster ride that left you wanting more! As combat veteran, I really appreciate the professional manner and execution within all the operations your unit carries out. Equally appreciative of the in between moments of levity and humor, very much like our own under the same circumstances. Cheers and keep up with the amazing content, looking forward to even more great moments!
I'm always a medic so I'm used to the whole over 90 lbs thing but once it was one life 3 hour spec ops so I was like "Shit I need to pack like a platoon's worth of meds lol" so i did (Thank god) but I ended up weighing like 140 lbs LMAO for like the first half of the op it was pain but then 3 people got like eviscerated and I suddenly became much lighter lol

that beach scene just goes to show how infantry equipped with Manpads can cost a military force millions in losses in just a few minutes, meanwhile all those rockets prolly cost less then a million in total with all the rockets shot

I am so glad that more people are playing antistasi now. I’ve got 2000+ hours in arma and I remember when I first bought the game I spent my first 50 hours playing only solo antistasi. But now even with me having been in multiple rp units over the years I still have yet to play antistasi with multiple people, I need to find more people to play it with.

@@Armaduke2173 Yeah i imagine but that's not exactly what i meant. I mean they must use TFAR, ACE et maybe BlastCore as far as i can see but there might be others and you can have very different configs for mods such as ACE that totally change the way you have to play
@@KryKoZ_ the antistasi devs run two public servers 24/7 that switch between modpacks and maps every Sunday. Also have a TeamSpeak because the servers run TFAR. Come play!

Antistasi is the one gamemode that got left behind when all the rest got standalones like Dayz and Pubg but Antistasi was always by far my favourite gamemode excluding the RP servers which were always good fun but Antistasi has changed and adapted and been made compatible with so many mods to allow some really clean and seamless integration and now the new mod making it possible to have multiple saves at one time and better integration, easier to use and setup. I love this gamemode so much I can only hope it get's the respect it deserves in Arma 4 or it's own game.
Man watching this really makes me miss playing organized arma stuff. Must resist the temptation to download it again and start looking up all the required stuff for the more decent pub servers.

You know something I've realized while watching is that now every time I hear Drewski I don't hear "repacking magazines " musical sounds and that also Anatasi(?) would be way cooler if there were three players on csat and NATO fighting the Rebels and their goals "kill rebellion leadership" and they also would have to fight too xD
I realize this is an older video but at the end when you were talking about getting an FFL and all that, just get added as a responsible party onto your brothers FFL, it takes way less time, mine came got approved in a matter of weeks. You then have all access to everything within the FFL as well as being able to create your own E forms account to be able to form 2 and NFA items you want.
This is so fking entertaining lol, great humor, chemistry between the teammates, 2 hrs go by in 15 min, then you want some more!!! Epic!! Most fun game play ever. Btw the night action looks really sick, this game has cracked some sort of code in realism, even if the textures aren't 2023 per way, bunch of Arma 3 clips have fooled a lot of people for real footage of war. Someone edited their clips to look like amateur camcorder footage on the front line, showing aerial combat and such, I actually was not sure myself until I saw it in the title in those clips.
