I couldn't even hear Bowser snoring, because my husband was snoring on the couch next to me. You can't hear anything over that! 😄
Just FYI: the lattice underneath mobile homes is not just for aesthetics. It’s to keep animals from getting under them and tearing up the insulation and other important bits under the house. ❤😊
A cat once crawled into my duct work under my trailer, got into the house and gave birth prematurely to kittens. It was rather traumatic and my husband made sure the underneath was sealed up good after that.

@@amberanderson6514one of the risks of living in a mobile home. 😂 My mom’s old neighborhood had so many stray cats and she had several litters born under her house. 😭🤦🏻♀️

Went into the comments to say this. Many pets actually love being read to or being talked to, because it's soothing. He goes in there when she's filming because she's talking, while he doesn't bother when she is working in silence.

This renovation is so cute! I actually just bought Strangerville this weekend since the weather here is rainy and I wanted to try something different. I’ve really had a lot of fun with it. I couldn’t resist living in the trailer park lot. 😁
I think the lawn might be meant to be like astroturf. Fake grass carpet is very common in trailer parks as “lawn”. My grandmother’s grandmother in Oklahoma HATED lawn care so much that she fully just had fake grass carpet everywhere and her house was just off main st and the whole town got so mad about it and the idea of it still makes me laugh.

When I used this lot, I added another trailer of the same dimensions. I had four sims, three dogs, and a cat living there. While they had just enough space for living in the trailers, they did a lot in the yard just to get out of those tight confines.
Slip 42 is one of my favourite lots in TS4. I love lots that I don’t need to spend hours on and have to get really creative with fitting everything in.

I would love to get sofa beds, it would be perfect for renting and college accommodation or teen rooms.
We bought a old apartment and put up those kind of vertical paneling that you used by the door! It's really cool, we used it to sort of make a mock wardrobe to hang jackets :D

I love Bower snoring in the back, it's so adorable!! my cat also snores very loudly, sometimes even wakes me up at night and I find it so cute, it melts my heart hauahuh

I love the color of the tiny home. I never think of using colors like this in my builds or renos. I am going to have to get out of the comfort zone.
Loved how many objects you managed to fit in this space. It never occurred me to reduce the bathroom’s size. Genius!
Sassy loungers are the new saucy saucers! Love the build. ❤
You should try doing caravan builds. Start with an old fashioned wooden pulled by a horse one that only has off the grid stuff, then a more modern pulled by a car one (doesn't need to be off the grid as they have batteries or mains hook ups), then a campervan, then a static caravan/trailer home.

Bowser's snoring is just one of the reasons why I love chows! Not only are they fluffy, they are adorable and their black tongues is just a cute bonus! Bowser is such a good boy!
I just moved my Super Sim into this lot yesterday, but I bulldozed and gave her a double wide mobile home. After watching this, I'm wishing I had just renovated. Your version is super cute!

Fences can connect to builds without being added to the foundation by just leaving 1 tile between the fence & the build & then separately connecting the 1 tile between the fence & foundation.

I don’t think that’s weird at all. I think that’s why she’s been so successful on UA-cam! She’s got a charisma and a “watchability” which keeps people coming back. I’ve stopped playing the Sims but still watch certain Sim’s builders because I enjoy it like a relaxing tv show 😂
I suck at building. I usually look up a house on google use that for reference for two seconds then immediately start doing my own thing. And im proud of the way some of them came out, i definitely am not going to quit my day job.
I was watching this on my tv (can’t view or leave comments) and had to open it on my phone just to comment on the dog snoring 😂 so cute 😊
I deleted this home on that lot and made my own that was even smaller at 32 tiles and it's one of my fave builds to date 🤭

I really love the retro, cold-war vibe going on in this house. It reminds me of something one might see in Fallout. I especially love the retro green you used in the kitchen along with the choice of refrigerator. Only quirk I had with the entire build was the placement of the front door was too jammed into the bathroom wall. Other than that, it was flawless. Love watching your videos for inspiration.
I have a Fiddle Leaf Fig that i have kept alive since Valentine's day this year. It seemed like it wanted to die, but it has definitely started to thrive since I have given it a bigger pot.
I downloaded this today & of course I have very few packs so most of the cute house was not there. but it was fun to come watch this video later to see how ultra cute it really is!!
I used to listen to Peaceful Cuisine's videos on yt to fall asleep and I can't help but think that Bowser is doing the same thing here hahaha

Bowser is the cutest! He reminds me of our Great Swiss Mountain dog, he followed us around the house. And whenever he laid down, he began snoring, even if he wasn't asleep 😄❤️

Bowser probably likes the sound of your voice or your streamer voice. I've noticed my dog recognizes the tone I have when I'm wrapping up a stream or call and will come running. So maybe he's just loving your streamer energy!

I love the house. The one thing is when I saw you add the white stovetop I was like No Deli 😢! Imagine actually having a white stovetop. Even my incredibly minimalist aunt who has a white dog to a white kitchen with white floor tiles couldn’t bring herself to have a white stovetop. She loves seeing the dirt so she can clean it up instantly, but she says that a white stove would be way to overwhelming
my parents used to have a white stove, and it was actually kinda nice, cuz you could tell more easily whether youd missed a spot while cleaning, so there wasnt as much risk of overlooked grease and gunk building up into a waxy unscrubbable shell over time. any any scratches it got were like neon signs, tho

Btw u can connect fences with the foundation if u do a one tile fence then move it into place. I never deal with the strangerville story lol i put in cheats and pretend it never existed.
