You won't see this with wild cats, males fight each other and wont let another male enter their territory. A lot of males trying to mate a female cat is something that you will only see with domesticated cats, unnatural and dangerous for the female cat.

Do you have any TNR programs in Turkey? In the US we trap (T), neuter (N), and then release(R) feral cats. These are cats that live in colonies outside and are not good candidates for adoption. They give them their shots, too, while they are under anesthesia for the spay or neuter. Volunteers from various animal welfare organizations do this.
All municipalities in Turkey have TNR programs for feral and stray dogs, but not for cats unfortunately.
