Love the separate rooms, but I would swap the dining room into another space. It is weird to have to walk through the formal dining room to access the rest of the home, and there are a couple of other places where a dining room could be appropriate. ❤
I was out when you said it’s a 100 yr. Old House! And the three rooms I saw are just arranged all wrong for me & that Kitchen is a big NO, too small & still very outdated, that’s when I left, no need to see any more. And you need to learn to focus on what your wife is talking about instead of wandering around doing your own thing, it’s very annoying.
Very nice! It's delightfully quirky; the entire space is a conversation piece. I could be very comfortable in that home.
Well said @ronalddowdell9231 !

Great idea @SteveL2012 ! Sometimes these 1930's floorplans can be challenging to update to today's floorplans- Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
The dining room should definitely be an extension of the entry way. There is enough room in the kitchen in which to set up a dining table and chairs.
Better w/o someone standing in middle the of video!
Thank you for your suggestion @Cloudwalker1097! We are always improving!
I believe that’s a Tudor arch… I was thinking that’s a 30’s Tudor style house….
You are absolutely correct @andrewbrady0124! Thanks for letting us know!
