bro if he steps back an attacked with his back leg you can hit a good dwi chagi and if attacked with his front leg you can just block him with you front leg 👍😉
that can always happen no matter of the kicks you are using. When your opponent is faster and does that you look to use multiple kicks on your attack and to keep moving forward. The 1st one or two you can use as bait so he starts dropping and then you catch him on the 3rd.
