  • Queen's Don't Stop Me Now has a truly idiosyncratic Brian May solo. A song within a song. In this lesson, I try and explain a little about why this guitar solo works as well as how to play it.
The guitar is one of ‪@BrianMay‬'s signature instruments with some upgrades.
I'm using ‪@ikmultimedia‬'s AmpliTube 5 and Axe I/O to get the sounds. Check out my AMpliTube playlist to learn more about how I do this.

Yeah these lessons are amazing, the bends and vibrato one came in very useful the other day, I can't wait to try this and I love the way your explaining the chords behind it. Like the earlier comment from Roger the Brighton Rock solo would be a nice one to learn. 🙂

Very cool, thank you very much. I did dive into the BM playing style some time ago - very unique and challenging at least! Cheers!

I'd say the Doc himself watches these class vids. Any chance of Mother Love one day

Actually that happened! A story for another day. I’ll have to take a look at Mother Love some time. It’s very heavy.
