Great comment Chet. It amazes me now WWII history is passed by with so many of my subscribers and viewers. Without this history we have nothing!! Our Veterans are surely rolling over in their graves today with the way things are going.
They don't make men like this anymore. Brave, masculine, handsome. Now we have girly boys wearing skirts. Looking forward to the film, Larry. Blessings.
My Father was a B24 Navigator, shot down Jan 12, 1944, POW Stalag Luft 1 until May 1, 1945. Hospitalized in England after liberation until gaining back enough weight to pass a Flight Physical. Delayed his 90 days POW leave to rejoin his Bombardment Group and train on the B29 to enter the Pacific Theater. To his friends and co-workers he was just a regular guy. To Me. My Hero!
Brother Michael, the stories of these airmen is on my heart. I hope to be able to produce a documentary about the REAL Masters of the Air. No Hollywood actors here. These are rare first hand accounts from those who were there. PRICELESS HISTORY!!!

I see these photos and remember those from that generation who went on to walk the halls of the nation's capital, and look to see who we now have...

Thank you April. You are the first to comment on this video. I always take great pride in the "real" stories, not Hollywood actors.
