      CENDANA is a very dense project with every tower having 32 flowers, almost no green space area...Also front area that they are showing in the sample model -- is actually not their land..
      So there is no Green space left...
      Moreover, most of the flats were pre- booked by the builder's acquaintances, now some of those investors are selling it out at profits by dealing in cash from buyers/end-users......

    Beware of this builder. Before making a decision talk to residents of SS Coralwood for post buying struggles and bullish nature of this politician builder and his team who act more like goons than professionals. Such chapri video makers will dance on anybody throwing money!
