Last Minute Trip to Cambridgeshire!

The show goes on! Will the summer ever end?
We all thought it was the end of our summer trips but there is one final weekend left and Becky had decided to visit a work colleague who lived in Cambridge. The stars had aligned so off we went.
It was only a brief trip lasting 2 days but another county can be scratched off. I've lost count of the counties we've been to this year but it is at least 13 if not more. Next year we'll hit Wales and who knows what else.
Cambridge though, it's really quite pleasant. We're not that into visiting cities and prefer more rural places but as cities go it was rather nice. There's of course all the history and the 800 year old university which kind of dominates the city much like Oxford. There is also lots of rowing clubs like Oxford, there is also lots of sweet shops and a Harry Potter shop like Oxford. You can really tell that there's a rivalry there.
We only had a brief walk through the town as Digby was getting tired but on the whole quite a nice place although I still prefer being in the sticks :)

Thanks for the video. I was in Cambridge about 35 years ago. I remember very little about it, except lots of people rode bikes.

So sorry I haven't been watching, just busy with finishing QTS, graduatikn mine n my daughter, job hunting, securing a teaching job and getting to know my school etc... and life in general. I am hoping I can catch up.
