The 2004 and 2013 additions extended the conference's footprint into the Northeast and Midwest. The most recent expansion in 2013 saw the additions of the University of Notre Dame, the University of Pittsburgh, and Syracuse University. In 2012, the University of Maryland's Board of Regents voted to withdraw from the ACC to join the Big Ten Conference. On November 28, 2012, the ACC's Council of Presidents voted unanimously to invite the University of Louisville as a full member, replacing Maryland.

He didn't pull "syzygy" out of nowhere. The stenographer is notorious for being bad at his job so they purposely search out complicated words to mess with him. But yes, I get what you mean, feels partially set up.

At the same press conference he said he was playing around with the stenographer when asked why he said those words and then spontaneously threw out the words "zephyr and Xylophone" among others.I know how some people are. They think and really hope that all athletes are dumb and therefore don't deserve the opportunity to go to college. Just the thought that someone as big, as strong, and as athletic as Hayes also may be way smarter than them just doesn't sit well with them, so they have to rationalize that athlete's "apparent" intelligence even if it means making up something like you did Lain.

This wasn't embarassing, this was warm-hearted, especially given the fact that he referred to the woman as "beautiful", and nothing derogatory like "hot" or "fine" or "sexy". I give the guy props lol

What he said was a very nice compliment (not just some comment on a womans nice ass, titts or something) and he whispers it to his friends, he's not catcalling her or anything. He*'s not molesting her in any way. In my opinion, it was very innocent and sweet and the fact that he reacted so embarrassed shows, imo, that he didn't want her to hear.
