Pat Stay is a beast. He can go from personals, to lyrical punches, to straight roasting you. I think it’s a perfect mix. It’s a rap battle. If all you’re gonna talk about is how tough you are, then just throw hands and skip the talk. Otherwise, entertain the fans like you’re supposed to.

I thought he killed Danny almost as bad as he did Verb here. It's total preference, and I get that--for me, I think word-association bars comparing guns and shooting to any damn thing you can pull out of the air is weak compared to angles, jokes, personals and, just generally, shit that puts both you and your opponent in the frame as unique individuals instead of "punchline" conveyor-belt machines. I have no problem with "gangsta" shit at all--I just hate that impersonal, strained wordplay shit, and Danny's stuff was too much of that. Pat is the GOAT for me because he's the opposite of Danny, and K-Shine, and Tay Roc, and [etc., etc., etc. ....].
