I don't understand why people discredit Pat for jokes? I'm one of the last people to back Stay as a true champion. I'm gaining more respect, and appreciation for him, with each battle however. Would you rather Pat do gun bars? We know Battle rappers like Stay, Serius Jones, Lux, Chilla exc... All believe in expressing their attributes, by being themselves. They know how to generate reaction from their audiences, without them. Which is one of the reasons, Pat has passed up on opportunities to battle at URL. Now not all URL rappers need an abundant amount of gun bars to get gassed, but a lot do. Now like Pat or not, he does do well with his jokes. So did Dizaster at KOTD, and he had a great career over there for half a decade. It wouldn't be a Pat Stay battle, without at least 1 round with jokes. Why fix it if it isn't broken too.

I played this battle yesterday, I play battles now and then while busy doing other things, then I learned about Pat's untimely, tragic passing. Pat was my all-time favorite.. I am still reeling. Pat embodied honor, integrity, intelligence, presence and respect in the scene. This is extremely tragic. Condolences to his family and friends.

This is one of the first battles i watched 3 or 4 years ago when i really started getting into battle rap. I remember back then i thought Pat Won because he brought a lot of funny arse jokes which made me laugh. But over the years as I have became a battle rap junkie, I have started to appreciate more shit like lyricism, wordplay, aggression and perfomance and watcing this now its a clear 3-0 to Arsonal. Pat was nice but very corny with bars like 'My Dick is bigger than yours and in basketball the best shooters are the white guys' (or something along those lines). Its cringy that the crowd went crazy for that, it seems as though the canadian crowd was dickriding. Im from the UK too so I have no allegiance to either Smack or Kotd, if anything Dont flop is more like Kotd so im not being biased.Its a clear 3-0 to Arsonal for me!!!

Hundred percent this is a clear 3-0 I’ve been watching battle rap for a very long time and Arsonol has choked a lot but when his on his shit he can mix it with the best Lux for example I was there I had the battle 2-1 Lux But could have went 2-1 ARS he’s stayed relevant for 10 years and not like Mook or Lux taken a battle every couple years especially Mook glad to see A Verb beat Mook But ARS Done it all been there from the start and that’s got the ars in it.

I watched the battle, read the comments, and everything is about Race or if you are a URL fan or KOTD fan. This is why the United States as a country is so divided, because of people being so racist about things. My opinion. Arsonal won. 2-1. Pat Stay was okay, but in my analysis Pat Stay had too much filler and too much jokes overall. Arsonal had lyrical lines, jokes and personals. He had filler too, and a lot of it in his 2nd Round.
