- In light of President Nelson's invitation to the women of the Church "to study prayerfully all the truths you can find about priesthood power," author Emily Belle Freeman created the online study group, "Inklings," to help facilitate learning in the scriptures about women and the Priesthood.
On Thursday, November 14th, Inklings partnered with LDS Living to create a live study group event. Hosted by Emily, the evening featured a presentation by and Q&A with Barbara Morgan Gardner, author of "The Priesthood Power of Women."

I love you M☺️ keep going strong!
I'm so thankful for this replay/video! I have a history with unrighteous dominion, or lack of leadership, and this information, with other gifts the Lord has sent in the last year or so, is calming many anxieties and bringing the empowerment I know the Lord always intended for his beloved and obedient daughters.
Great gathering and message! Thanks for sharing this on here! It will be good to watch it again, and share it with others. 🙂🙂🙏🙏
Thank you for the wonderful presentation. I learned so much!
Wow!! That was amazing! Thanks for posting. I learned so much and wrote so many unexpected things. I have great homework to do!
Wonderful presentation. Thank you! Technical note... mic OR lavalier. Not both.. the sound got funky and echo-y sometimes.
Is it possible to get a transcript of this? It's difficult to listen to, but from what I caught, it was great.
Kristen, do you know how to turn on the subtitles? I think that would be helpful for you. If you put your mouse to hover over the video, you'll see a little box with "CC" in it...you can turn on the subtitles from there.
Have you actually looked at the captions?? I don’t know how a deaf person could understand what the talk is about. 🥺. Interesting translation!! 🤔😉
@@cathclinnick4153 The person I was responding to isn't deaf though. She said it was difficult to listen to. The caption, while far from perfect, could be of help to her.
@@cathclinnick4153 I loved how “save souls” was captioned as “Spaceballs” 😅😅
Video is great. Audio is bad. Can't just relax and listen. Have to force my ears to focus on the words. But thank you for the message :)
I would have loved to watch this bu the sound quality was too echoy!
Same
What are the two books Sister Gardner refers to and holds up at about 44:30? I think she said they were about the priesthood and were from President Nelson and Elder Renlund...anyone know?
4:23 what are Pargo romances? Maybe I’m not understanding what she said.
How do I find this group? I would love to be part of this!

What is the study group?
Jenny McCaffrey It’s called Inklings
the phonics on this video are not good....hard to understand the speakers
Jennifer, if you put your mouse over the video you will see a box that says "CC" click on that to turn on the subtitles. I think you will find that very helplful.
You sound like speaking under water
What the heck is Pargo Romances & why are LDS women reading these types of books & why is this LDS woman calling everyone a liar so she can feel better admitting she reads them???
