    I started Olympic lifting in May of this year. It's been an incredible journey and I've really enjoyed the movements. I would love to see more of these lifts from you guys in the future!

    I've heard it's not good on the knee to go past a 90 degree or so on the way down. True or false? After it extends past the 90, where your calve touches your hamstring, wouldn't it be all knee focused to bring you back up gain? Tendons and ligaments in the knee and so on being used way to much to bring you back up?

    I haven't worked out in over 18 months because of mental and physical reasons. The Doc and my therapist said its going to be about 2 more months till I get clear to work out. Gonna try this then.

    Chris Hemsworth has two different Thor routines regularly out there. Looking them over, I found they actually paired together really well with only a few modifications. It's actually a pretty awesome regimen I've been trying to build back up to for a few years now.
    I'd be more than happy to share if anyone is interested...

    LOVE doing cleans! Hit up some overhead squats and snatches too! So great to see you guys playing around with Olympic lifts. I would really recommend some heavy pause squats to get that number up on cleans.

    Q: Why do you have to bend your wrist upward like that ? Why cant you instead curl your arm over the bar bell to stabalize it ?

I saw a great video of Jason Khalila talking about more mobility in your Lars to be able to kind of wrap your elbows around the bar (not how he said it, just lack of a better explanation).
