I've heard it's not good on the knee to go past a 90 degree or so on the way down. True or false? After it extends past the 90, where your calve touches your hamstring, wouldn't it be all knee focused to bring you back up gain? Tendons and ligaments in the knee and so on being used way to much to bring you back up?

LOVE doing cleans! Hit up some overhead squats and snatches too! So great to see you guys playing around with Olympic lifts. I would really recommend some heavy pause squats to get that number up on cleans.
Q: Why do you have to bend your wrist upward like that ? Why cant you instead curl your arm over the bar bell to stabalize it ? That looks uncomfortable...

I saw a great video of Jason Khalila talking about more mobility in your Lars to be able to kind of wrap your elbows around the bar (not how he said it, just lack of a better explanation). Is it just me or does Hudson tend to squat with a wider stance compared to Brandon? Is he trying to target glutes/hamstrings more? Or is it like a mobility thing?
