as a metal bat main with 17k+ kills i can confirm that beatdown landing is pretty much luck (hitbox is somehow able to hit people from a mile away and also just not hit somebody you collided directly with..)
beatdown has got many hitboxes (they are spawning) than other moves however they are updating so slow :skull: (checking is there any player close or not, checking is used or not, checking player has taken hit from bat (like saitama's punch) I tested many things on beatdown. in my opinion bat's hitbox is delaying also if bat hit you, beatdown will start so DOESN'T MATTER YOU HAVE GOOD PING OR NOT, YOU CAN GET EVEN GHOST HIT. if you get hit by delayed hitbox, they will catch you (doesn't matter where are you, just bat need to hit your hitbox, Armors aren't counted)
metal bat ultimate tutorial savage tornado - use it 4-5 times in your whole ultimate (start off with it) brutal beatdown - use it 2-3 times in your ult (mostly used after savage tornado) strength difference - never use it blindly and just use it after savage tornado or 4 m1s (or when somebody is being comboed) death blow - you can always cancel your tornado or beatdown to easily trick ur opponent with it, use it in the half of your ultimate (just so the cooldowns go off) or at the end, i also use it often just to make AOE damage to at least 3+ people at once and then grab them all with 1 or 2 so just uh 1, 2, 1, 3, 4, 1, 2, 1 thats how the whole ultimate should look like to make it as strong as possible and NEVER rush another metal bat ult with ANY attacks because you can get countered easily (except for 4) don't worry about atomic slashes, you can't be hit by it unless they use it before you jump onto them (extremely hard to time tho) the final hunts are the problem because they can cancel your counter :< if somebody leaves from your death blow or strength difference, you can sadly get punished by the final hunt, atomic slash, saitama ult etc
atomic slash used to do 80% damage but now atomic slash deals 100% damage and also kills others near the atomic slash at the same time.(ITS VERY OVER POWERED IF SOMEONE USES GENOS ULT AND YOU USE IT JUST BEFORE THEY GET STUNNED FOR 3 SECONDS)

Did you know metal bat can bypass Infinity rn it's a bug that my friend found to do it you must spam 3 or 4 skill base moveset when there's no slow just spam it until gojo user health goes down and it's done also you can cancel any gojo skill with mental bat
