Kongo class destroyers are one of best destroyers in the world.Arigato JMSDF
Love to have both jmsdf kongou and INS Kolkata sailing side by side in joint exercise
myoko class, Yamato class, invincible, unsinkable.
This the movie battle ship when that myoko class got rekt at the bow ;-;
We need this in World of Warships.
Japan still the best in military technology. Japan defeated on the second world War the reason there is no allies countries. but regarding in military equipment weaponry armament etc still the best.
@@jayramirez7152 Umm no. Japan's defeat is not because they have no ally. They are unprepared for a long war against the US alone and they know it which is why they gamble everything on the attack on Pearl Harbour by trying to destroy the entire fleet there at once with the main objective to destroy the carrier hoping the American will sue for peace.
It only includes ww2 warships not modern
This bad boi is the battle ship movie
Domo Arigato
why are Japanese destroyers so high?
They use the same design as the Arleigh Burkes but are high because they're meant to be flagship so they cramped a CIC in the superstructure
@@TheNicestPig It's based on the Pagoda tower's of IJN ships of WW2. Japan has slightly different cultural influence in their naval design, as does the UK when you look at their carriers...etc.
@@johnaustin5677 pretty sure that's irrelevant.
@@TheNicestPig As far as strategically, yes. But a naval architect will never allow the pretty lines of the ship to be ruined by things like functionality.
@@TheNicestPig CIC?
THANK YOU JAPAN!!!!!!
The CIWS seems like not overly obedient and weird~
Hope the japanese navy donate two of der destroyers to the philippine navy
Better to have one built and bought by us instead of donations... The only way for that to happen though is to knock all the corruption first then buying military weaponry will be less of an issue...
Another begging mentality, i thought philippines is richer? they keep bragging about marcos wealth all over the world, LOL
Wait a minute
For Red China and Russian fighters
