Adam I Absolutely Love Your Content! Just to add to what you said about doing guest posting for backlinks, another way to gain Authority and to Build links for your blog is through being a guest on podcasts. It works Super well when you have a podcast because it will help you get more listeners and with your blog because you will get a link if the podcast host has a website AND when the link goes in the host directory as well (iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher, etc.)!!! The way you are teaching link building will work great for either your blog and/or podcast. Awesome video and Thanks!

Google was built upon a link ranking algorithm from the beginning. All sites were given a Page Rank value that used to be public. WordPress introduced a nofollow attribute to links to negate their value.

I just wanted to say that I just got a SWEET linkback from ConvertKit all because of you!
I googled my name and they had used one of my landing pages in a blog post and credited the landing page. I asked them to change the credit to my actual website with a dofollow and they agreed! BOOM!
I wouldn't have even known to ask for it but since watching your videos my website is consistently growing month over month. Thanks so much!
Hi Adam. Thank you very much for such great information. Really appreciate it. As you said in your vlog that you should only outsource it once you have mastered it yourself. I am thinking to give blogging a start. To earn through blogging I need to be master in content writing and marketing, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, Web development, Google ads, do you think that I should master them all 1st before outsourcing them? Please advise.
You should gain knowledge around SEO, writing, and affiliate marketing first if you want to start a blogging business.

Hmm, I never learnt that about links. I started a website in 2021, but put it on pause for a few months that has turned into almost 2 years. I just started using AI to help me develop more content, I put 25% more content on in 3 half days that would have taken me at least 3 weeks, so I am getting back to it now.

I have still one question though: Let's say I have 1 money keyword article I wanna rank for and a few informational keywords and I got 10 guest post approvals. Do I link to the money keyword in all 10 guest posts until it ranks and get some traffic?

There is so few resources and the ones available are all the same. I like how you lay out your strategy.
I haven't built any links for my website. Getting over 50k visit per month and generating revenue more than $1000. That's not a myth, you just need to find the right content strategy to grow without building links.
I already said you could make a few hundred or a few thousand dollars without links. But I want people to think bigger. Can you 10x or 50x your revenue without links? What’s holding you back from doing it if there’s a clear return on investment?

Great nuggets in this one. 😁 Since our passions are spread across hiking, astrophotography, and RVing, do you think it is better to start multiple blogs based on each topic or do one all encompassing "brand" type blog like you mentioned? Also, have you noticed if embedded UA-cam videos are considered similar to backlinks in any analytics? (Do they help at all?)

Backlinks are straight up, just gate keeping. Because if it was about quality, they wouldn't let you pay to be at the top of the search

If you have a blog + youtube channel and link the videos to blog posts, is that an example of link building too?
Not necessarily. They are nofollow links and don’t count for link authority purposes. However, the traffic you get and social signals are a good thing.
Does It make sense to build a few high quality links to just a few posts I want to rank?
Yes, you can look at the URL Rating of other posts and what their authority is. That will give you a good gauge of how competitive the individual article is and how many links you might need. You won’t need to match them if you have better content but you need to be in the ballpark typically.

I created my LinkedIn account, but I feel like it doesn't really work for me because it's more geared toward real business/companies, etc... And not many simple entrepreneurs, bloggers, or content creators. And also I feel it's much harder for me to use my brand and brand name which is Foxy Marketer to connect with people. So I probably should have used my real name and image, since people connect better with people. I don't know what you think?

His advice is good but would be more trustworthy if he replied to emails with a valuable, profitable business proposal. Adam never responds to emails anymore.
