I wonder why the bottom of the capsule says USSR instead of CCCP?

You can't see it in some of the angles, but the capsule had both USSR and CCCP written on it

Why the space station has such a short live?

    • @pocketdocs

I believe it was mostly to address the issues with the solar panels and the docking mechanisms

@@pocketdocs so as first ever space station, it was plagued with problems and defects right ? So sad . Especially for the cosmonauts died on the return to home:(

Yes, there were definitely design issues, problems with the scientific equipment and power generation was problematic, but it was still an amazing engineering achievement and a great tragedy for the Soyuz 11 crew

@@pocketdocs yes. BTW I can not believe that Americans landed on the moon 6 times without any victomes . Sounds impossible! Yes there was Apollo 13 that they didn't reach the moon and returned to the earth, and one of the first Apollo missions even with 3 victomes , but it was on the launching pad.
But 6 mission to the moon to go and back successfuly, no way!
