"As opening speeches at U.N.’s General Debate on Tuesday highlighted the need for multilateral responses to global issues such as migration and climate change, President Donald Trump was not even in the room.
Although the words might have been intended for him - the United States has refused to sign the U.N. compact on migration and pulled out the Paris Climate Agreement - Trump was late to arrive to the United Nations.
When he did arrive, his speech could only be described as an attack on the United Nations and multilateralism in general.
Trump said he rejected the “ideology of globalism” and slammed the trade deals he has been tearing apart, the Iran nuclear deal, NATO, the International Criminal Court, the U.N. Human Rights Council, and humanitarian aid to countries that don’t serve U.S. purposes."

I think he knows on some level. Which is why he feels the need to constantly present himself as a very stable genius with a ten foot dick made of gold, and talks down to anyone he doesn't like. Every other sentence out of his mouth is meant to prop himself up, either by bragging (to boost his ego) or denigrating (to paint others as inferior).

Solomon Stringer Private Saudi citizens definitely, but nobody has ever been able to prove saudi state's complicity while Iranian government is under international sanctions for the very same reason. Also, the Saudis are trying to moderate their extremist ideology under the new Crown prince. And almost every country in the middle east is complaining about Iran's destructive behaviour.

There are former generals in Norway who are now saying that they are more concerned about the USA than Russia and the Middle East. Concerned about US political climate, cncerned about the US economy, concerned about Us politicians failure to work together and actually govern the country, concerned about the US run like a banana republic, concerned about the well beeing of the US population and their lack of prosperety, concerned about Us continued use of war for economic means. Who would have thought this 20-25 years ago, that one of your more long standing allies would be more concerned about the US than Russia and the Middle east… How the hell did the US get to this point ?
