Johnny encountered his very first 'sneaky snake', JC!! Still a memorable moment you two shall cherish forever!! These are often the most memorable moments because it was a father/son learning experience and all happened in positive fun environment!! Jim C.
I'm so glad I started looking at your older videos cause I missed this one. I love it when Johnny gets to hold snakes. AWSOME Father & son bonding on these fun trips. These are life time memories for sure !!😊
The ole' "hold the light for me" thing that kids grow up saying, "You can't hurt me, I held the flashlight for my dad" 😅 Cool-looking bull. Johnny rockin' the Fenix, he's a real herper now. They grow those atrox big down in STX, biggest I've ever seen was down there.
@@herpingwithjc Fun to see Johnny getting in there along with your daughter. It goes fast, soak it up. Before you know it, they'll be herping in Thailand.
Great video! We were just down there to visit family. Didn’t think we would see anything especially with the cold snap the first couple days of November, but we did see a few. It’s always great to see herps.
Not a great way to start the video, but you made a nice recovery by showing us some nice snakes. LOL. Think how tough that would have been if that was a Milk snake that got away! I bet you won’t forget the flashlight again. I have road cruised for years in a south Florida, and know exactly how that feels having ( I lost a big Scarlet King that way- ouch!) had it happen to me. I enjoy these videos. Keep up the good work.!!😎👍
Great videos brother , it’s great to see you guys out there ! I live in east Texas and believe we live in the best state for herping opportunities. Have a great weekend and prayers answered it looks like your healing up 🙏🏼
Thanks John! Texas is an awesome state to herp. Yeah my Bells Palsy is going away slowly. This video was filmed about a month ago, you should see my improvement today!! 🙂
Great video!
Thanks 🙏

Giant Atrox: Yeah, whatev'.
I love seeing how your son's confidence with the snakes has grown along with him.
That atrox was pushing 6ft by the way.
