For the new ice caves idol trap, you could try to land between the bounce pads.

i think the easiest of these is the tide pool and the sunken city,
for the tide pool, it gives it's own easy solution by having the powder boxes on the sides
for the sunken city you're able to stop moving around

Temple is easiest you can just grab it and immediately go back into the backlayer

If you get stuck on sunken city there's not much chance of avoiding the giant spear traps.

Also the part of the Sunken City literally haves no exit
