    Looking forward to the new skills and changes. Not looking forward to some of the reworking of my hotbars I'm going to have to do for some of my jobs 😅

    I do love that they streamlined SAM some more by reallocating Tsubame to Meikyo Shisui, and merging Shohas into one option. SAM has light button bloat compared to other jobs, but it's nice to see reduction anyways.

      Agreed! As a current SAM main I think the job plays well, but merging the cooldown for MS and TG feels like a good way to decrease bloat while keeping the overall feeling of the job really not changing much. It's s a great bar to strive for

    Tbh, I hate the fact shadowstride requires a target still.
    I thought they would reduce the range and cd to make it more of a spammable gap closer

      I can understand that! I think that they probably won't ever give anyone except Dancer a free use spammable dash since that's such a huge part of their identity. I feel like all of the gap closer should just work like Thunderclap, though, where they can be used or enemies or party members

    I wish they’d change Dragoons jump back. The new jump, well newish… Is no good. I want the old animation back! Jump use to be a lot of fun to use…

      Yeah, I think removing spineshatter is fine, but the new gap closer feels like a bandaid. It would've been fun if they gave it a reverse of Elusive Jump!

      How would you have reacted if they kept the Spinshatter Dive animation but just removed the potency to make it a true gap closer?

      @MichaelM2K23 I think that would've been okay, but it's tough for an animation like that to read as a non-attack, which is probably why they changed Plunge

      @@sharlayanforum I miss jumping, and then watching my character arial backwards. Seeing that was very satisfying. Having this quick jump in and back that’s super quick, looks off. None of the Dragoons other jumps are that quick.
