According to me the way to completely remember the subject is 1. Study the subject once throughly ...from standard book or ur coaching notes if you are taking coaching... 2.While studying the subject make notes of maximum 20 -25 pages... In these notes write everything ...even if u know the topic just write it's name...Make notes in a sequenual order say that u may understand the flow of subject... 3.Now keep on revising this whenever u get time ... 4.after that when u feel confident in these notes cram all the notes (only the most important parts like the parts that you always forget ) into a single a4 sheet... That's it now you just have to revise these...till ur exam ...do this for all the subject... Most important thing is problem solving...in order to retain the subject fully keep solving questions on a regular basis... don't leave out a subject for more than 1 week in the beginning ...give it 3hrs if u can atleast in a week to solve problem otherwise you u'll never retain the subject ...trust me this technique works...you will remember all the subjects ...but you have to be disciplined... don't do it for a few days and then leave it then continue again...be sincere and it will work...one last thing don't keep looking back to your main notes...do it only once...then when u get stuck somewhere then only look at the notebook...
1) learn concepts from videos rather than books 2)make each chapter formula list 3)when numerical over in the class practise more numerical same type 4) make study notes from lecture 5) Revise, revise ,revise 6) then give test series
7:40 to 8:04 enough to open my mind👍 Day 1 gonna start this → revise surveying from doubt while starting fluid mechanics today. I'm from civil. Will be back in 2 weeks to tell u the result. Thank u sir
@@KreatryxEE_EC_IN sir I studied FM from book and after completing the syllabus I saw lectures so to get the full grab of subject I gave more time to concept. Sir while doing any question I convinced myself that I have studied everything so now I can solve the question no matter how complicated it seem to be. Sir it helped a lot because even though I have completed FM on July, and I solved a question after a month without revising the subject. It has boosted me and motivated me to work even harder. THANK YOU SIR
According to my Mistakes, Revision is key to crack any Exam. When Start new Subject revise subject from notes with in 7 days gap..It will remember all thing what you learnt. It your gap is more , more than 1 month you forget everything. Follow the same strategy till exam. Is this right sir, any modification please tell me .
Your videos are always beneficial sir . Kindly make a video on how to study electrical machine sir .. It's a vast subject covering many concepts and formulas. So kindly teach the technique to prepare machines for GATE . Which portion or topics of machine should be concentrated more. What should be the approach for the subject from GATE point of view.
Sir, we should make short notes or not and if yes then how to make them and in how many pages . Sir please make a video on this topic. I am confusing wheather to make short notes or not.
Finally I came to know that my comment is not wasted. In the middle of the video I am demotivated. After 1.5 year of coaching I came to know that I am doing same thing that Ankit sir has told in this video. Now only 6 to 7 months are remaining for gate and IES exam. Sir kindly take care of the points that you have told us about the prioritizing important concepts formulas and basic knowledge in the crash course for GATE 2020. Take such type of questions in which various basic concepts are cleared and that can be used in various types of questions. Suppose if you have solved a question in crash course concept used in solving that questions can be used in 10 types of other questions. I will take your crash course. Fairly I will do my part and study. It is not possible for me to go in deep concept of any subject, because of little time so kindly cover it in the crash course..... thank you
Yes, we have have short notes (namely K-Notes) as part of the Krash course. We usually cover 50 pages of theory which covers the most important parts of that subject and helps you in problem solving. All the best! :)
Ankit sir@ plz, reply Clear my doubt... Sir short notes banana chahiye ya book me hi concept ko underline krke padna chahiye..notes banane me bhut zyada time lagta hai..
Sir can we apply this approach to subjects which are really large in number of topics like PE,Signals.. because it can increase our efficiency on a larger scale ?
Sir,this video is very helpful as expected. kindly make video on how to read question and how to think to tackle it confidently...sometimes the question is too easy but in exam while reading it seems too dificult. I think u can understand the problem. Thank u Sir.
