For reference, Four Loko has about 2 to 3 times as much alcohol by volume compared to beer (12-14% vs 4-6%), and one can (24 fl.oz) is the size of two cans of beer (12 fl.oz.). So, drinking one is the equivalent of slamming about 5 beers in the same amount of time.
