🧺 INGREDIENTS
Noodles (നൂഡിൽസ്) - 200 gm
Water (വെള്ളം) - 1½ Litre (6 Cups)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1½ + ¼ Teaspoon
Refined Oil (എണ്ണ) - 1+½+2 Tablespoons
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 3 Nos
Carrots (ക്യാരറ്റ്)
Spring Onion Bulb (white part)
Capsicum (കാപ്സിക്കം)
Green Beans (ബീൻസ്)
Cabbage (ക്യാബജ്)
Soy Sauce (സോയ സോസ്) - ½ Tablespoon
Tomato Ketchup - ½ Tablespoon
Black Pepper Powder (കുരുമുളക് പൊടി) - ½ Teaspoon
Spring Onion Greens (green part) - ¼ Cup (Chopped)

Excellent presentation ... Remember an interesting way to check if noodles are done ... Throw a piece of noodle from the boiling water, on the kitchen wall tiles. If it sticks to the wall it's done. Else boil for some more time.
