Your video really helped me. My stitch dial was stuck. Well I thought it was. But I released the pressure from the reverse stitch lever. I have a DDL-8700. Thank you.

I purchased one of these models (JUKI 8000A). I tried to sew with it, but the stitch length keeps being the same. I also followed your video, changed from 1mm to 5mm or the opposite, the stitch length is the same. Do you have any idea of how to fix this issue? or is there anything else one can do to change the stitch length? Because I'm kinda worried wether something is wrong with my sewing machine or not.
