How durable is a blade that comes with it ? I am going to cut 2-3 mm acrylic sheets. What is the amount of work this blade can handle before you need to replace it?
What do you have the force at to cut through the faux leather? I tried to do some twill on mine, but was afraid to go higher than 25. Wasn't very successful. It just felt like I was gonna break something, haha.
All faux leather will vary.... the faux leather I was cutting that had these fibers, I was using a force of 75. A twill might be difficult to cut because of it's makeup and the fibers. If the blade is dragging and getting caught in the materials, it may not work well.
WOW!!! Great Tip!! Thank you!!!
You are welcome!

I did not know you could do that!? I just take the blade out and blow into it!
I'd recommend taking it apart if you've done that several times... you may just be forcing debris farther into the housing and packing it in.

Do you use the 65 blade for faux leather?
I used the 45 degree blade for all my faux leather so far.
