For wrist drop lateral epicondyle-->anode&dorsum of forearm upper 2/3 cathode or anode at cervical region as radial nerve takes roots from c5-T1

For foot drop fibular head anode (as prominent site for common peroneal) and cathode at bulky calf or U can place anode at L4-S3
